I've thoroughly enjoyed going to Lisa's pilates classes for the past 4 years or more. Lisa works hard to ensure each week is different which keeps the classes interesting. Added to which there is always a helping of humour so even when you've had a bad day you know you will end the session feeling better both physically and mentally!

Lisa's pilates lessons are a super workout, each one is an excellent, fun class and a little bit different from the week before. Lisa ensures that everyone knows what to do and stays on point throughout the session, I feel great after every one. In fact I never expected to look forward to an exercise class so much! :)

Lisa is a brilliant Pilates teacher, she explains each exercise clearly and fluently, is very encouraging and has a wonderful sense of humour. My back is so much better after a couple of years with Lisa and I feel much stronger. Thoroughly recommend

Some people like exercising; others, not so much. If you, like me, are one of the latter, give Lisa's classes a go, because she makes it fun. The classes have plenty of variety and are adaptable for different ability levels (which is a good thing for those of us who are somewhat inflexible!). But wait, what if you *do* like exercising? Yeah, you'll enjoy Lisa's classes too. She is always bringing us new challenges so you will never get bored!

Love Lisa classes, different every week, always challenging and fun. Lisa takes the the time to explain each exercise, aware of everyones ability, giving clear instructions, checking positioning, offering modifications and working us hard with a smile on her face Super friendly, so positive. I look forward to pilates every week.

Lisa runs great classes, always a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The programme is really well judged so you feel challenged but not out of your depth. I've been taking her classes for about 5 years now, and I can really feel the benefit.

Lisa is an inspiration to us all -always cheerful and encouraging. She pushes us to the next level of difficulty which keeps the classes interesting and there is always a modification. I have felt great benefit from her classes as previous back problems due to lack of core strength have been greatly improved - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these classes.

I have been attending Lisa's classes for around four months and have already found them to be impactful. Classes are small enough for Lisa to give individual feedback and maintaining a good balance between being serious and having a sense of fun.

I started with Lisa during lockdown as my usual Pilates class at the gym had stopped. Lisa was offering online classes for a variety of abilities at convenient times - mornings or evenings. I started doing one evening class a week and because her classes are challenging, they differ each week and good fun (Lisa's such a laugh, but also strict so no messing about !!), I was hooked. Once lockdown finished I decided to continue with the online class as it suits my schedule well. I'd highly recommend Lisa's style of Pilates if you want to build up good strength in your core.
