TCL Reuse Centre
I just wanted to express our thanks to TCL. Having had an extremely bad experience with another very well known charity we were dubious about attempting any further donations to other organisations. However, TCL completely met all expectations. They arrived when promised and the driver was very courteous and quick. I would highly recommend them.

Would never use this company...At least IKEA won't hit you, on their delivery route...05/10/2022, around 16:00Was beeping like MAD, changing lanes and driving dangerously.No thank you

TCL Reuse Centre
Huge warehouse-type place with a great selection of all kinds of furniture, electronics, dishes, etc. Prices are generally very reasonable - we got two solid wood bookcases for £25 each, and there are some genuine antiques here that you can get at quite a bargain. Staff is friendly and helpful and local delivery is also very cheap.

Visited the centre on the 10.05.22 and the Scottish guy who was putting out the furniture went over and above his way to help me. Hunted around the store and stockroom for sourcing an item and was very polite despite this being close to closing time. A credit to the centre! Will happily come here again.

Had our donated items collected today and I have to say... Such a Great Team. Starting with Frances, who kindly rang, to arrange collection and then to the Collection Team who arrived at our home with, kind and warm smiles - polite ‘Hello’s’ from all the Team and the they worked brilliantly together, to ensure all goods were removed from our home safely. Cannot thank you all enough, will definitely be donating again to TCL Reuse, when I can. Has to be 5 Star from us :)

All my dealings with TCL Reuse Centre was 5 star, from my initial enquiry, through to arranging collection and the actual collection on the day. The 3 guys who picked up the items I was donating were super helpful, hardworking and friendly. I can’t recommend this charity, and what they are doing, highly enough.

The TCL Reuse Centre is a treasure trove of great bargains. There is always good quality furniture, appliances and other household items. There are new items daily and the prices are fantastic. The staff are friendly and always willing to help especially with sorting out collections or deliveries.

We sent photos of the items we wanted to donate and got a call back to arrange collection. The two men who came to pick up were absolutely lovely and we were happy to donate to such a good cause. One of the men prayed for us which was heartwarming.
