I had excellent service from Matt at Atrium. He provided solid advice, he was available whenever I had a query and guided me to a favourable result with the planning committee. Can't recommend him highly enough, I will be his services again in the future.

I can't speak highly enough of Atrium Planning Consultants, the service offered has been second to none. I have to say Matt was incredibly patient and honest in answering the many many questions from my initial enquiry and all the way through to achieving our planning permission for our first extension project. The proposed drawings he produced were really well designed and professionally put together. Couldn't believe how fast and efficient he was as within just a few days of his site visit he had drawn up detailed plans that we were happy with including some revisions and submitted them to the council and a month on we now have been granted approval. He was kind enough to bring one of his builder contacts to come out and give us a quote from his drawn plans to give us an idea of project costs. He was very easy to deal with and easy to communicate with very responsive to my concerns and offered us a very fair price. I wouldn't look anywhere else now for any future planning needs. Contacted Atrium after having spent months unsuccessfully trying to nail down an affordable design to suit my budget with another company. Matt and his team came out to discuss my ideas and had plans we loved drawn up and submitted within a couple of weeks. A few months later, after Matt went out of his way to chase the council who’d been dragging their feet, planning was approved and we’re ready to move on to the next stage, which Atrium have already been a big help with.
