Handy shop, good range of products and often have things in stock you can't get elsewhere except online. I'd rather shop here than on amazon!

I had just had eye surgery and wanted to find somewhere to buy clip-on sunglasses and I tried in there. I couldn't see well and the assistant or manager started treating me like a shoplifter. I'm a respectable 63 year old man, I do not like being treated like that; I will never go in there again which is a shame because I liked that shop.

Before covi this shop was in state,floors are a discuss smell of dead pigeon shelves empty. Now August shelves full ! Floor still disgusting, old staff gone & replaced with a total knobhead while the boss doing all the hard work himself. Wont be going to Tradecounter southend ever again it's worse than ever.
