Just Rackets

I had ordered a gymnastics mat (£130) on the 30th December and and received an email telling me it should arrive in around 4-5 days.After 2 weeks it had not arrived so I emailed them to discover that it hadn't been sent as there was a courier charge of £17.50 (due to Brexit and me living in Northern Ireland).They should have contacted me telling me about this issue, I shouldn't have had to follow this up after waiting 2 weeks to find out it had not been sent. I did receive a full refund so I am giving them 2 stars due to this.In the end I ordered it from a different company, which had a similar issue with a courier charge but they emailed me the day after I ordered so I was happy to pay the delivery.

I could not be more impressed with the knowledge, assistance & professionalism that I have received from Alex at Just Rackets. He is impressively knowledgable on ALL the tennis rackets & gear & particularly good at comparing different rackets to achieve the best possible final selection. I've been on the phone to him a few times as well as been in to see him to try a few demo options. He gave us a lot of confidence in his advise & our selections & never once made us feel pressured or that his advise was bias. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, experienced & knowledgable professional that actually cares & has so much of his own experience with all these different rackets. Pricing was really good too so it made it a pleasure to support this business. Well done guys, you do a great job! Highly Recommended!

I ordered a table tennis 4 weeks ago with accessories, the latter arrived I the week however the table itself still hasn't, seriously it's a joke, don't use this company. I haven't checked the reviews prior my purchase regret it now. I am going through the same issues highlighted by others. The owner Gary is hard to get hold of, when you do, he keeps saying he is gonna chase it up with the courier, as they don't hold stock of big items. And 2 weeksater when I speak to him he says the same things..Avoid buying from them!!!!!!The delivery was gonna take 1-2 weeks, after 4-5 weeks not receiving the item in 2021 speaks for itself. If I don't get it in a week I am asking for a refund..

A little disappointed with the delivery process.Ordered on Thursday night at 21.30 and paid £7.99 for 48 hour delivery.Eventually got my parcel at 15.45 today Wednesday.Suggest you change your delivery company.

I have ordered my table in June. It took 2 months to be delivered after it was said to be “in stock” with a 2 weeks delivery window.It arrived broken and I have sent over 10 emails and called several times to get a refund for the table. The shop admits that I am entitled for a replacement but its been 2 months an nothing has happened.All i got so far was spending 500 pounds and i have a pile of trash in my garden and a lot of waiting and aggravation over 4 months.Stay away from this shop!

Had a problem with my purchase - Gary instructed me to send them back and he would refund. He's since reneged on this blaming his supplier, i'm now without shoes or refund - conned £100! Avoid!

I ordered a badminton racquet, which was supposed to come with a cover. Racquet arrived quickly, bit no covered. Gary has now sent a replacement, so all is good!

Called into this shop at midday today to buy badminton string or get my badminton racket re-strung. Was told it would be re-strung by 4pm as they would not sell me string to do it myself. At 13.15pm (once I had already driven back home to Royston) I received a call to say they could no longer honour the agreement of 4pm and it wouldn’t be complete for a couple of days. As I have an important match tomorrow I had to return to get my racket to have it done elsewhere. On my return to collect my racket, they would still not sell me just the string to do it myself and could only offer a refund. Very disappointed in the service and fail to understand why, despite having plenty of packets of string, they would not sell me a packet

I have ordered tennis racket with next day delivery. Brilliant service, good and quick communication. Fully recommended.

I have ordered a Head tennis racket with free 3-5 days delivery only to realise that I need it for a tournament in 3 days. I left a message for Just Rackets to upgrade my delivery and they promptly dispatched it so that I got it the next day. Amazing service, thank you so much!
