Very poor quality of service, staff is rude they don't know how to treat customers. They just want to sell you something by telling lies but they can't explain about plans!! Staff don't have the product knowledge and they lied to me when i order my phone they told it will be available next day to collect but it's been 6 days i have not received my order person name Adnan is rude lack of knowledge of product

One of the best network provide in the Uk and other countries. Our recent visit we found Very clean Store and as usual busy. We have been provided really good customer service one of the advisors called Mr Adnan. We went for upgrade and he help us to do also explain everything separately.Highly Recommended.

Poor customer service. Dodge agent .. doing fraud for them commissions..Bad attitude towards customers. Nothing new to be honest... and this is business as usual in most of Vodafone shops.

Just come today to remove retrions online since i buy a sim card and i could not do it.Yusef very polite toke care of that.I continue my visit to startford and i recive a call from Yusef informing me that i forget my driving lisence, not everyone does that was very kinda from him.Vodafone from stratford need more employes like this that they go the extra Mile.
