Friendly helpful receptionist.My dog had injured paw.The vets here was exceptionally brilliant.Can not thank pdsa enough.I have used pdsa services over the years and have found them brilliant. Would definitely recommend.Meditation dispensed quickly.

Really kind vets. My daughter's rat (Sam) was put to sleep. She was very upset but process was quick and painless and my daughter was made to understand that this was the kindest thing to do as he was dying and very ill. We were able to take him home to bury him. RIP Sam.

I called the phone number as I had an emergecy. The receptionist vas very rude, wouldn't let me tell what problem my pet had, and when I tried following her instructions on checking my pet she abruptly ended the call.When I tried calling back she did not pick up at all.The line was not busy at all as both times I called I was number one in the queue.Why should my pets life be at risk because the receptionist cannot do her job?

I went directly to the Vet as my cat was unwell. Staff of the reception were very understanding of my worries and accorded my cat to be checked. My cat was examined,had Xray and a blood test was carried out. At the same place, I bought the medicine. The next morning, someone called me to give me the blood test results. Very professional...Thank you so much.

We put our beloved dog down today. And the staff was remarkably kind & helpful. Thanks again. Rest in peace Roksy
