I unexpectedly found myself having to search for a new property to let after 19 years in my current home. I spotted a house on Rightmove and was directed to Andrew Grant in Worcestershire. I called on the Wednesday, viewed the house on the Thursday, and my tenancy was confirmed on the Friday. At all times during the process the service has been exemplary - friendly, efficient, and compassionate. I should make special mention of Lara, who organised the viewing and the tenancy admin, Molly who initially showed me the house, and Will who introduced me to the landlady at a second viewing. The whole process behind the scenes has been amazing and has greatly helped to take much of the pressure away at a very stressful time. A marvellous team, to whom I am extremely grateful. Five stars isn't enough!

We have been with Andrew Grant for a month approximately. From the early contacts when we were interested in a house until now, one month into our tenancy, they have been very approachable and speedy in their communications, which is always very helpful when moving the whole family to a new home. So, in summary, so far, we have had a very positive experience.

The whole team at Andrew Grant were fantastic through our whole process. Communication was great and they were always there when we needed.Most impressively, we had a bit of a curve ball thrown at us when the mortgage valuation came in significantly lower than the agreed price. It could have been the end of or dream home, but thanks to the careful work of the team, we were able to find a reasonable resolution with the vendor. They handled it with patience and empathy which I know was appreciated on both sides of the sale.

We recently bought a new home through Andrew Grant and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received throughout the entire process. Joanna Black was our main day-to-day contact and a fantastic person to deal with. She always made herself available to show us round the property and spend as much time as we needed so that we could be confident it was the right house for us. When we had queries about the house or the area, she very quickly found answers or solutions for us and was proactive in sourcing additional information, such as whether or not the area offered Pickleball! We also had a great experience with Louise Jones, who, along with Jo, was instrumental in keeping the process moving along up to Exchange through to Completion.
