Very incompetent and inconsiderate parking. No thought for elderly residents of care home or mums with pushchairs who do not need footpaths to be obstructed causing potential danger. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous. The other photo showing empty parking spaces is where they should park if they are not being lazy or selfish.

Paradigm housing is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Since last year I have been displaced from the property due to racial abuse, threats and noise from a neighbour. Paradigm housing have been less than helpful with the situation. I have maintained all payments even though I am not safe in MY property and the police have requested they support me in a move over a year ago instead they have bullied and harassed for more money and refuse to help with my housing situation. They have even gone as far as to FRAUDULENTLY adding rental arrears to my account. I have experienced a significant decline in mental health since moving into their property. They have even stolen money from my bank account. which I have proof of. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Reoccurring issue with rats for the last 8 months , they would run around our kitchen I would get ignored by Paradigm and get told someone will come , we sleep at night hearing rats scratching our roof in the partition in-between the houses , they go running around waking us up practically every night causing me mental health issues , I have a 4 year old daughter and my partner is pregnant I am absolutely helpless and paradigm just brush it under the carpet every time we call them , I have plenty of pictures videos and proof of this rat issue with all of my neighbours having the same problem

Ok I don’t really want to moan but no heating for four weeks nearly, one cancelled service visit, air pocket or something in boiler, water system. Downstairs toilet phantom flushing, when taps are turned on clunky. New build; waIted in for 26 hours for a contractor, no visit, no call.When one did come three days later he came two hours earlier than agreed and was lucky I had just returned from work. No parts, stated heating should work, it doesn’t, stated he would have to come back to fix toilet. Different people calling but nothing gets done.What would happen if i stopped paying rent.We expect better25/10/23Again no show, sat home waiting for the 3rd time, I even called at 12.30 to make sure engineer was attending. I was called at 4.15 to be told o he’s off sick. There is no care, now it feels like you’re being lied to; No heart for over a month.Shocking service

Very unprofessional and unsafe parking making life very difficult for wheelchair access and push chair access forcing residents to walk unsafely on busy road. Road has old people home and a blind resident whom needs dog assistance which is affecting their safety. Very unprofessional incompetent driving and parking!!!. It's not a one off, they have made a habit of dreadful parking. Regular unprofessional parking occurring. Please refer to Highway code for advice. 01/02/2023 parked very unprofessionally again. Don't seem to learn..terrible...13/12/2023 again parked completely unprofessionally and unsafely restricting public access and also causing inconvenience and potential hazards of entering or exiting drive with obstructing vehicle parked for over 6 hours also stole the yellow no parking on pavement cone :/ ..Will need back or replaced as privately purchased!!

Doesn’t even get a 1 star they are that bad. Worst company, they take forever on repairs, they leave lifts broken for weeks on end with disabled tenants unable to leave the flat, they tell you they won’t charge for a repair then charge you 250£ to change a lightbulb make it make sense. Avoid company at all costs they just care about profit then they’ll try to evict you to do deals with the gov to house the migrants while forcing private tenants out of their homes.

I only gave 1 star because there’s no option to give less. Paradigm call themselves a ‘charitable housing association’ there is NOTHING CHARITABLE ABOUT THEM!!!!!! They could not organise a piss up in a brewery let alone however many people in housing association properties. Rhonda Glasgow who is a rent officer talks down to you like you are something on the bottom of her shoe. They call themselves ‘affordable housing’…. Yeah affordable when they first offer you the property & then increase the rent 3 times before you even get the keys! Unfortunately I was in a position where I couldn’t decline the property as it would be my one and only offer but if you are not in this situation then avoid Paradigm at all costs! Their communication and organisation is so bad they even paid me compensation!!!! Lol it’s an actual joke how this company is even still going!!!!! The only saving grace is a kind lady named Jacqui Ingram who deals with complaints and she actually has a genuine character about her and she listens and tries to reason with you. Everybody else thinks they are so above you because you live in a housing association property! Because they go home to their nice privately owned house and pay their mortgage and don’t struggle ! L O LParadigm is actually laughable and I am actually going back to privately renting now because they are so god damn awful!

A disgusting company which should be avoided if possible. My brother had a shared ownership flat, he committed suicide on Christmas Eve 2022, he wasn’t great with money leaving alot of debt behind. Before he passed he was in the process of selling, since what has happened, my mum has been trying to deal with the sale, as you can imagine, no will, it’s taking along while and stressful, it is when you are alive - paradigm housing are continuing to charge rent even though he is passed away, me and my family have had our world broken, debts and fees coming from everywhere, any little money my brother may have left paradigm are basically going to take with rent accrued because he is dead - how can you get away with this, no compassion shown, you are making me and my family more depressed and I hope people have the time to read this so they can learn and hopefully AVOID your company in the future!

Absolutely shocking, I wish I could give a lower review. We left our home in March 2023, our housing officer checked it and she was perfectly fine with the condition. We even asked for a report to confirm this, however she said the company doesn’t issue reports that confirms the status of the home. Fast forward to October 2023, we get a letter in the mail saying that we owe paradigm £500 on ‘repairs’. And we were charged £320 on ‘cleaning costs of appliances’. This was a complete shock to our family and it brought about distress. Where is the integrity of the company ? They say it’s fine one minute then we get a letter 7 months later harassing us for money. What can be done about this ?

I am a shared ownership tenant for over 19 years and already keep getting a impression that I am treated as a second class citizen. Several times I complained about their vans parking on residence only allocated parking spaces and several times they said they will sort it out, even after a long telephone conversation with them.Several times after that I still see their vans parking on private spaces, to make it worse, even their sub contractors also park in private spaces.They don't have the decency to show respect and take up tenant's complaints. They need to buck their ideas up.Update-Despite several complaints about Paradigm's vans parking on residence parking spaces:-On 04/12/2020, one of their vans parked on my space. When I asked him to move it, he had the cheek that the spaces belong to Paradigm and he has no idea that the spaces belong to shared ownership residences.This van driver treated me as a second class citizen and no respect whatsoever.Now after completing to them about their vans, they are now sending unmarked vans hoping to pretend that they're not from Paradigm so won't receive a complaint from me.They still can be seen filling their paperwork and have key entry to the flats which Paradigm workers have, do you think that you can fool me?They must learn to show respect and be more professional.Another update!!!! On 12/05/2022 yet another Paradigm vans has parked on our allocated parking space. THEY ARE STILL DOING IT!!!!. Had to email & phone to make another complaint again to move it.For goodness sake tell them to show respect to the shared ownership tenants who actually owns their spaces and not to park on them.Yet another update!!!!Paradigm are still parking on our parking spaces belonging to shared ownership tenants.Today 10/08/2022 two Paradigm vans and a silver Ford Fiesta ST parked on our spaces and stand at the back on one of the vans and do nothing but talk for 1 hour. THEY DON'T DO ANY WORK!!!!!TOTAL DISREGARD ON OUR PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!I keep complaining to Paradigm and still do nothing.Yet another update!!!!!!Today 04/10/2022Another of their vans is still parking in our spaces yet again.My complaints is still falling on deaf ears, they won't do anything unless you give then the registration numbers of their vehicles.I even seen on of their vans parked on a allocated parking space belonging to a shared ownership property and walked off.As to Paradigm regarding to call me to sort this problem out, NOTHING!Another update 12/06/2023:-Still doing it, my doorbell camera picked up two Paradigm vans at 10:05am parked on our spaces showing no respect for Shared ownership tenants.Another update 14/06/2023:-Still doing it several times again. I am considering writing to the Housing Ombudsman Service to see to get this problem resolved.
