We're new to the area and were recommend this garage.It's always nerve-wracking to find a new garage that you can trust but I can happily say that we've found it!We were very pleasantly surprised by the price to fix our Land Rover and do a few jobs we wanted doing, they're quick and they're honest. Won't do work if it's not worth it and will help with anything they can and be honest.Dale, Clare and the team are everything you want in your local garage and we feel very fortunate to have found them!

Used to come here before we started leasing cars. Now that's ended we are back . Great staff and they do a great job for MOT's and a service.They will never rip you off and always tell you what they have found and options to fix. Prices are very good as well. Recommend here to anyone

Excellent garage, cannot recommend highly enough. Will tell you straightforwardly what work is needed but won't push unnecessary work on you. After the pandemic when my previous car hadn't done many miles I took it for service and I wasn't sure what level of service it needed. They checked everything and replaced and renewed only what was necessary. I recently bought a car which unfortunately had a few problems. Dale and his team gave it a thorough once over and got everything sorted out, loads of bits and pieces, some thankfully still covered by warranty. Really great service. Thanks.

I needed an urgent repair to the suspension of my BMW 5 series, to enable us to complete our touring holiday in Wales. Dale and his team fitted the repair into their appointments at short notice, completing the job to a high standard. Great service, friendly staff, quality work, reasonable pricing. I have always thought Rockfield Motor Services were fantastic, they are always friendly and explain everything to you without making you feel stupid.However, I won't be using them again.Last week my car went in for some tests because its been making a weird noise. After spending the whole day looking at it, they couldn't find anything and said I would have to just drive it and see what happens - fine. I then drove up to work and didn't think anything of it, but after work my car wouldn't start and I had to call the aa out. They said one of the bleed off retaining pins hadn't been put in properly, and as a result diesel had been leaking all over my engine. He fixed it and said it was drivable so I didn't think there was much point ringing the garage as much as I was annoyed.Then yesterday, I drove to Wrexham only to discover diesel pouring out of the casings of one of my fuel injectors. It was really dangerous to have been driving like that and I'm really upset that my car came out of the garage more hazardous than it went in. There's nothing that can be done to rectify this now, as I ended up having to trade my car in for my safety, but for £300 less than it would have been worth.I will not be using this garage again as I don't trust that they will keep me safe. Really upset and disappointed.
