Having used Diamond Heating over the years to service our old boiler we didn't hesitate to use them when we had a new combi boiler fitted. Kieran and Ryan were our installers and we are very pleased with their work. They did a great job, were very friendly, arrived on time, worked in a very tidy manner and were very respectful of my elderly mother who lives with us. They made sure they kept any mess to a minimum and explained things to us so we could understand. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in the future if you're looking for excellent, reliable tradesmen.

Amazing service. I needed a radiator changed in a bedroom, I phoned to get someone out for a quote, within the next week I had it all booked in. Lee came out to do the fitting and was really lovely, quick and has done a really great job. I loved that he called me when he was half an hour away. Highly recommended

So happy with the service provided. Fred took time to call after the job was complete to explain what had been done and why it needed doing. He also took pictures of the boiler so I could see the state it was in before and after. After countless problems with the boiler due to lack of servicing (my own fault), it was so reassuring to have such professional and kind service! Would highly recommend.

The boys Ryan and Leigh arrived promptly. They immediately put on overshoes and then laid down protective coverings to all areas used. They worked quitely and kept us informed throughout. The job of a new tank in attic was completed efficiently. Excellent work, cleaned up afterwards.

Fred was very quick to respond to my plea on Check a Trade and Kieran came just a few days later to replace our heating pump. Very quick and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Our electric shower packed in and phoned this company, they came out same day to check and quote for supply and fit new shower. Agreed very reasonable quote and the shower was fitted next day. Ryan was very courteous, tidy and cleared away. Would recommend this company to anyone and would certainly use Diamond Heating and Plumbing if the occasion arose.

Diamond Heating & Plumbing have recently carried out a Vibraclean power flush of my central heating system and they have also installed a new radiator in one of the bedrooms. Fred arrived the day of my call to assess what needed to be done. I was happy with their quote. A few days later, Lee attended to add the cleaner to the system to allow circulation for 1 week. One week later, Kieran and Lee carried out the work. Diamond are punctual to the minute and responsive. I found all the staff I met to be hard working, helpful & friendly. They tidy up everything before leaving. Everything was expertly coordinated by Lynn the Office Manager. I would be very happy to use them again and have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Heating & Plumbing. ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Fred was polite and professional. I called to see if he could fit me in urgently as the boiler stopped working so there was no hot water or heating. He got the job done within 24 hours for a reasonable price where others may have tried to add more on.Communication was great, too. I would happily work with Diamond again.
