Do not use this dry cleaners. I have recently taken a pair of curtains to be dry cleaned; these were returned dirty and were also shrunk. They were rude and could not care less that I had paid £50 for this service. I will not be returning to use this dry cleaners.

He extra charged me for something I never asked! Really unfriendly, he didn't try to find a solution or sort the problem he caused charging me more money. I used to go there once a week because of the convenient location but I'll never go back there, that man needs to learn how to care about his customers.Stay away from this place

Great dry cleaner! One of the dresses we gave was stained with wine, was told they dry cleaned it 3 times to make sure all the stains were gone. Great service and professionalism!

Not interested in locals, nor customer care .

Have been coming to this dry cleaners for a little while and generally it’s been good, but I recently took a silk pink shirt in there and paid £6 to have it dry cleaned. I got home to notice that stains were still on the shirt, it was only a bit of food so I was surprised they hadn’t managed to get it out, but thought sadly maybe there could be food colouring which is difficult to remove. Anyhow, thought I’d give it a go myself - I dampened a piece of cotton wool in water and rubbed the stain in circular motions and the stains disappeared.I won’t be returning based on this, the cleaning is not thorough enough for what I paid. It was essentially a basic clean and press with no attention to the stains (which I pointed out when I left the shirt there).

This dry cleaners has been taken over by new management. I used to love going in and chatting to the friendly couple that worked there before and they always took care with my clothes. I went in to get 2 dresses and because it has been taken over by new mangement, they have given them away and they couldn't have cared less. Person we spoke to was very rude and couldn't really be bothered with me, stayed on the phone to his mate when I was trying to find out what had happened to the dresses that have gone missing. A real shame :(

Ruined my Barbour coat. Whatever they used to clean my coat took the coating off my buttons meaning that navy blue buttons were no longer navy blue. Won't be using them again.

Always a great and timely service at a very good price

This friendly dry cleaners did a fabulous job on my trench coat and got out stains that other cleaners couldn't.
