Brought my PC in after trying to install a SSD and ended up with the computer not booting, Excellent service provided and very friendly throughout with great prices to match the customer service! Fixed the problem and even took the time to mount the SSD and hard drives correctly, very happy customer and would 100% recommend. Thank you, Curt.

The best service I could have asked for. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Took in our laptop which had been running slow even after a hard drive wipe. Phil called us back a few days later having sorted the problem for a very reasonable price. On arrival, he clearly explained and showed us the problem that was causing the issue (with a printout of screenshots) and explained the complex issues in a way that we could understand. Laptop is good as new now and we will be using the Worx again in the future.

Really helpful man, couldn't repair my laptop as cost more to repair than buy another one. No charge for his time. Been coming here for years, repair prices always good, very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely Fantastic! I had previously taken my laptop to a place in Oldswinford, who had kept it for over a week only to eventually tell me it wasn't repairable. I decided to get a second opinion and took it here. Paul advised he would have a look and would let me know within the hour. 20 minutes later, he was on the phone telling me it was repaired. I was over the moon, excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks again Paul.

Unbelievably service. Very quick (under 24 hours) and very honest. He spent 15 minutes to inform me that Hard Drive was broken and didn't charge anything, even told me to take it back to where I got it from as it was still under warranty. I decided to let THE WORX replace it as I needed my laptop working ASAP rather than 2 weeks to be sent back to where I purchased it from. Cannot recommend enough, very happy :)

Took my PC here as it blue screened and wouldn't boot or anything. After collecting my PC they kept me up-to date with the progress and even cleaned out my Graphics card from all the muck. Friendly, professional and patient (even if you have a minor anxiety attack in store like I did, They are understanding) Would recommend to anybody and everybody

Absolute life saver! Today my son had his main birthday present broke! The wire had snapped and we couldn't find a new one ANYWHERE! The gentleman in this shop fixed his wire and to top it off no charge! Thank you so much for your kind gesture today! My son was over the moon!

Just picked up my MacBook Pro from Phil. He fitted a new speaker. Not altogether straightforward - evidently there are three different possibilities for a 2015 model. I had bought the wrong one, which Phil pointed out after taking the back off, so he liaised with the supplier (Replace Base) to ensure I got the right one, then fitted it and only wanted to charge me what he had originally quoted. Since this was a full £150 less than another local repair shop had quoted !!, I was very pleased. Great job, great service, great price, nice guy.

Incredible super fast service and such a friendly and helpful business! Adam sorted my MacBook out super fast and I was back up and running really quickly (Apple took a week to do what he did in minutes). Really can't recommend highly enough. Thank you, will always use in future.
