Goldsmid House

Stayed here for a short city trip. Very good value for location, bare bones rooms, but any (small) complaints are overshadowed by the value of the room.

I was a bit hesitant about booking through Speedybooker, but as this quite good deal for accommodation in this area, I took the plunge. And I'm pleased that I did! The room is modest, yet comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is perfect, with Victoria Station, restaurants, and a Sainsbury's around the corner. The porter was very friendly, and I felt secure as a solo female traveller. Very happy with the (tiny) ensuite bathroom and the ability to open a window. Highly recommended!

If you're staying during the summer, then fantastic, but if you're staying for uni then that is even better!Either way, you won't have a better time than you will right here!

Lovely student accommodation available for an affordable price. Rooms are quite small, but perfect for one person or two max. Strategical location near Victoria Station

This is a Hostel type of room and not a Hotel type with in-service like foods or the likes. This is very ideal for students, for people who is not picky and just want to relax and sleep. This is very affordable yet clean, secured and with basic amenities around that most people need (i.e cooking).I am little bit skeptical to book at this place at first. I am an average wage person so I am looking for an affordable place to stay with. Especially in Central London where most of the Hotel are very far way more expensive. Based on my experience before with other cheap Hostel, it is cheap with very-very poor service, filthy and unhygienic. Yes people nowadays that the cost of living is high often look for cheap and affordable place to stay with but it does not mean that service should be poor and place to be filthy right?This place is very convenient and located near to groceries, restaurants, train station etc. The room is tidy and visibly" clean. The room does not have television but I do not mind as there is a free internet

Quite place. Do not have any airconditioned rooms.Only 3 minutes walking distance to London Victoria Station. No room service available. There are plenty of places to eat, just outside of Goldsmid House. This is a very safe place. I used my personal Internet connection. I kave no information about how free Wi-Fi works here. I will recommend this place to anyone, if someone looking for a budget accommodation.

I was there last summer for two weeks with my 6 year old daughter. And we have just booked again for this summer.Goldsmid house has a wonderful location but it is also an ideal place to relax and have a quiet rest.The big kitchen is very convinient to have a nice cup of tea at the beginning and end of the day.For me it had all we needed and I couldn’t think of any other place to go.I highly recommend it.

Great rooms, tho quite expensive..But then again location is amazing

Nice and clean hall...so convenient and accessible through Victoria station
