Had a flat and turned up with no appointment. Friendly and efficient service. Everything was explained well and a price given upfront.

Lovely bunch, very welcoming and sorted my exhaust rattle in the space of 10 minutes free of charge! Only issue being my car is a bit on the low side due to it's coil-overs, but just managed to get it on the ramp lol. Will be bringing both my cars back for their next MOT. Highly recommended.

I had a puncture thanks to a screw stuck in my tyre. I had a 300+ mile round trip to do. Steve and his team fitted me in and sorted everything out in an hour for me. Brilliant customer service. Great price too. We’ll done guys and thanks very much.

I was expected and welcomed.I was dealt with promptly and politely. My tyres were in. A wheel alignment was carried out free of charge. Advised of outcome which was reassuring.I was in and out in under an hour.

The staff in Courtsland Eastbourne branch were very helpful and very polite. Especially Steven who went out if his way to help me change the date of appointment. I had a new tyre change on the right rear and oil change. Everything was done efficiently and in time. Steven also explained to me that I have to change the two front tyres after two months as it is not safe while the rear tyre on the left is okay. This is what I call a service. Thank you.

Very honest and great team, I'll be coming back here from now on.I took my car in for a free brake service after having a bad experience with a local garage that I'd been going to for years. I was quoted by said garage £590 and that my brake pads and discs all needed replacing. Took it to Kwikfit for a second opinion after friends recommended them. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my brakes, just a bit of dirt, which the team cleaned up and they told me the brakes were in good condition.They easily could have taken me for a ride as I went in expecting to have get a load of work done and I had even told them when I got there I thought all the brake pads needed doing. They were honest, very kind, cleaned up my brakes for me and I'll make sure that I come here now on as I felt looked after by the team, they didn't take advantage off me like my local garage has been doing and they were all incredibly friendly.Thanks alot!

The staff member who changed my tyres was very helpful, he recommended the best tyres for my budget, fitted them promptly, and alerted me to a problem with one of my wheel bolts while still reassuring me that the car would be fine to drive., just that the bolt needed replacing as it had previously been cross threaded. I will definitely be returning in the future.
