hi.i often go to ace of vapes in penn its the best vape shop i have used yet.i quite often get served by wayne he is sutch a frendly fella he is very helpfull and he explains things very well . a couple of weeks ago i needid all my vape stuff but i was to ill to go to the store and thats wear wayne helpt me big time.wayne very kindly payed for all my stuff out of his own money and not only that he was even kind enogh to bring it to my house on his way home and i gave him his money back .now he did not have to do that but it just goes to show how mutch of a nice person he is.i think wayne is a real big credit to ace of vapes .thank you very mutch wayne that was so gd of you.

I have to commend Claire!! I had been using my vape incorrectly!!! She's very patient!!! I struggle with my cognitive function and she has no problem repeating herself every time I go in!! I won't go anywhere else now.

Really nice staff and their own flavours are top teir. Had the strawberry, mango and bought the black jack one the other day and just tried it and definitely my favourite so far!

Guy was super helpful, trying to quit smoking and don't have a clue about vaping, he helped me change the coil to an old vape a mate gave me aswell as which liquid to get based on how much I smoke. Thank you again :)

I've been a customer here for years, and spent thousands with this business. Yet I buy a new vape for £33 and feel that is isn't holding its charge the way it should. I took it back the next day with the receipt and I'm being told that it's fine whilst the staff member is blowing spit all over my product (with covid still around) and they're not even willing to exchange the item. I've gone through the area manager and still had no luck. I'm now having to go through legal routes due to my short term rights and the product not being of satisfactory quality. From the costumer rights act of 2015. It just shows how businesses such as this one value their regular customers. I think its disgusting and won't ever being going into these shops again. You would think they would give a customer who's in the shop twice a week the benefit of the doubt for the sake of £33. I know if It was on the other foot, I wouldn't have had a problem exchanging the product.
