Tim and his team refurbished my house, including re-plastering, new joinery and kitchen and a new external wall. His men were great and all problems uncovered were dealt with in a quick and professional manner. It feel like I have a new house. Excellent standards.

Tim and his team carried out an extensive ground floor renovation for us in 2022. From the initial meeting with Tim on site to go through the project and our requirements, a full detailed quotation was received. A start date was agreed and a structured payment schedule made things easier as things progressed. The standard of work was excellent and I cannot fault the workmanship and professionalism. The final result was better than expected. We would look to Tim and his team again in future for any other work and would gladly recommend Ash Construction.

Tim and the team ripped out and rebuilt our front porch. They did an awesome job, giving us plenty of options from the design stage through to the build itself. The job was completed to a very high standard, and Tim and his team were punctual and tidy. Very pleased with the finished product and would certainly recommend Tim and his team for their work.

Likes to park illegally on double yellow lines and put others at risk. Not sure I'd trust someone too lazy to walk a few more steps then park illegally blocking the road!

Fantastic company. Tim called to our new property back last summer to sit with us to discuss our up-and-coming project, double-story extension and home renovation. At that time, we had basic drawings that had been approved, but Tim insisted that we had detailed construction drawings drawn up, so he could quote for the work properly and not surprise us with any extra costs. Being an office-based company, we had updates and daily communication with Leona. At this time, we had complete confidence in Tim.Over the next few weeks, we sat down with the company’s architect, structural engineers, and kitchen designers, entirely organised by Ash Installations and Construction Ltd. Unfortunately, Tim couldn’t start our project in 2022 due to his busy schedule.The work started in March 2023 and finished beginning of June. A week before the work started, our neighbours received letters explaining their working hours, noise, company vans, skip bins and deliveries. This was very important to us as we are new to the street. We are delighted with Tim and his team. All are dressed in work uniforms, immaculate vans and a very polite bunch of lads. Their quality of work was outstanding.We look forward to seeing Ash Installation and Construction Ltd for our new front porch at the end of this year.

Tim and his team have done an excellent job in installing a steel beam to support my chimney and replacing the ceiling that was past its best. The team were friendly. helpful and professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy between visits and once they finished. I would definitely recommend them for any work and I will be going to them in future for any work that I need.

Tim and his team recently fitted a kitchen, along with doing other jobs like plastering, making a porch area, fitting floors, plumbing and renewing ceiling after a flood.Tim and his team were all professional, very tidy cleaning up after themselves. All work was completed to a very high standard. Tim came up with some good ideas to solve problems.I would highly recommend them and use Ash installations services again.

Excellent service and craftsmanship from the team at Ash Installations and Construction from start to finish. Tim and the team removed a supporting wall, installed 2 steel beams and made good. They then fitted, wired and plumbed our new kitchen. The team are friendly and easy to get on with, we would certainly use them again.

AIC Ltd provided us with a good service and helped to renovate and update our kitchen. The staff were very professional, competent and tidy. We had originally spoken with another company, but what swung it for us was the personal touch that came with AIC Ltd - whereas the first company spent about 5 mins doing the survey, Tim talked through what we wanted in detail and explained to us exactly what would be done throughout the process. The fact that they ended up being close to £1,000 cheaper was an added bonus.

Tim and his team built a single-storey side return extension for us, with a complete renovation of the kitchen/diner, and we are extremely happy with the work. It was a big job and they did everything they could to make life as comfortable as possible while the building work was going on and the guys always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. With any unforeseen issues, Tim was great at finding solutions and it's ended up looking better than we could have expected. Tim's a lovely guy and he clearly wants every job to be the best it can be, taking great care with the workmanship, and he has a great group of guys working for him. Would definitely use again.
