Pretty bad. Was short changed for laundry and the prices are very steep for drying - best to go to the one in Copnor or north end

As someone who has never used a laundromat before, the lady here made me feel so comfortable when asking how to use the machines. She gave me a step by step run through and was honestly so so nice! Actually looked forward to coming back to do my laundry the next week!

I found My happy place.Good number of washing and drying machines.Finally after a week of wet laundry went in, paid £5 and came back with dry clothes. The dryers are big and do a good job in under 30mins.Next time gonna use the washing machine too.Drying cost £1= 5 mins.

Staff were very helpful, only one machine was down which was nice to see.Washing was £8 for a small machine, which seems expensive but the machine was able to wash quite a large load so it felt worth the money. Dryer machines were 50p or £1 dependant on the machine.It was very busy when I was there but with the help of the staff everyone managed to get their washing done in a timely manner, including me, and overall the experience was pleasant.
