Vanz provided excellent customer service. He went out of his way to check items that were in stock at this Bond Street location as well as Regent Street. I ended up purchasing a belt bag from him which I am very pleased with.

My review isn't of this particular store but it is of the overall brand. I ordered a mypliage xs online, and received it like this. You can see the original coloured fabric underneath the stitching and on the corners.I have tried contacting customer service who won't accept to take the bag back even though it looks awful. Not sure why this costs more than the original nylon when the quality is worse.

We went inside the store to buy a beautiful Roseau bag. We were welcomed by SA Vans. He is a Filipino as well. He was very accommodating and friendly. My friend and I had a very good shopping experience in Bond Street branch. Thanks again!

Bought a bag from the regent street show which I had to send back for repairs (after 10 uses). Because the shop closed they sent it to the New Bond Street. When I called this new shop they told me that they never receive the bad and after some push called me back to tell me the good new that it was with them all along. They were supposed to send me back my repaired bag but never did so I had to go and collect it myself. In the reparation process they changed a few things which I didn't like at all. And finally they charged me £45. Even if I don't believe it's normal a zip break after 10 uses.

We are stil at this shop right now, the male staf is so so rude. Not just to us but to other shoppers too. The way he speaks to customers is very very rude, unhelpful, moody. Very unprofessional.I asked his coleague for his name, karol something.This kind of behaviour is very unacdeptable, its kind of ruinning people mood for such a nice day.

Recently bought a Longchamp bag from this location. Vanz helped me pick out a lovely pink bag - one of the new styles that just came out. Vanz also helped my cousin with a belt bag and was so knowledgeable on the various styles. He was patient and kind and overall an amazing salesperson. Next time I’m in London I will be sure to visit this location again!

I have never received customer service as awful as I did from the male, French (I think) sales assistant who works here.Rude, unpleasant and condescending when returning an item I hadn’t even opened. Asked ‘why did you buy it in the first place Madame’. I love Longchamp, but I most definitely will not be returning to this store after being humiliated for returning a £145.00 bag.

What can I say! Thanks to Ms. Souad, my family member, and I had the best experience in Longchamp! We have been shopping at Longchamp for years, visiting their boutiques all over the world. She was patient, sweet, helpful, and hospitable. This location is extremely lucky to have her :)Whenever visiting this location, strongly recommend to ask for Ms. Souad, as she will surely make your shopping experience memorable! Never pressured us to make quick decisions, gave her helpful input, and made sure to find what we were looking for!
