I was served by Iqbaz and Josh today, I was recommended the Matcha Iced Tea with white mocha and oat milk and it was delicious. The service is always 10/10 here and so is the atmosphere. Favourite starbucks for sure.

The level access is commendable, but the manual doors can pose a challenge. Adding a power-assisted door and a button could significantly enhance accessibility.My visit on a Monday at 7 am was met with a quick service. I ordered a caramel iced latte, and the staff, impressively accommodating, explained syrup options and displayed cup sizes, aiding my decision-making. While the price, over 5 pounds for a large, is steep, I won't dock points, acknowledging it's set by Starbucks as a franchise.The staff's assistance extended beyond service—they brought my order to me and offered to assist with the doors. Despite these positives, I rate this Starbucks at 4 stars. The door issue and hard-to-read menus for those with reduced height are drawbacks. Additionally, the potential challenges during busier periods and heightened sensory exposure could be overwhelming for neurodiverse individuals. Overall, an inclusive experience with room for improvement.

I visited the store to purchase a lovely cold drink but wasn’t quite sure what to get. Raza was so helpful in helping me select my Java chip. The drink was made perfectly but not only that. His manner was so polite. Excellent customer service by Raza !!

Meets expeditions of Starbucks. Not especially well stocked as other branches, but friendly staff, a monitor in the store to keep an eye on trains, lots of seating. Friendly staff!

I liked the toffee nut latte. Its a bittersweet taste and interesting mix of flavours. I tried it with the regular milk, i bet it will be better with oats milk.
