C & D Interiors

I had the same experience as many other would-be customers, I arranged a time for a visit and no-one arrived. There are plenty of other flooring shops around, it's a wonder C&D stay in business.

Couldn't have been more helpful

C and D put carpets on the stairs and upstairs of our house as well as laminate downstairs. When we returned to the house after the work had been completed, the furniture was everywhere (including speakers with spikes at the bottom set down on vinyl flooring so that the floor became damaged) and one of the men had left a disgusting mess in the toilet and didn't even have the decency to flush! I made it really clear that I wanted laminate that would withstand children and dogs, same for the carpet. A year and a half after they were laid, the top of the laminate has places where it has been stripped due to liquids (never left for long) and the carpet becomes worn looking as soon as you try to scrub it. Also, under my daughter's bed, there are patches of the carpet that has completely disintegrated due to the weight of the bed. C and D came out to have a look at the damage but of course we didn't hear anything from them after that about replacing it.

Came round to provide a quote but didn't bother getting back to me despite several chases. If you don't want the work, then just let people know rather than messing them around. I see from the reviews that this wasn't the first time.

Very pleased with our laminate flooring - looks fantastic. The fitter was very efficient and knowledgeable. Likewise, hall and stair carpet fitted well and no problem in calling them back when coir mat in porch needed cutting as it had stretched. Always very helpful and competitively priced. Would definitely use again and always prefer to used local companies anyway.

I am very pleased to work with CD Interiors from cotation to fitting. Firstly, I had the cotation in March and then they fit the carpet and laminate in August with the same price despite the price increase in 2021. Whenever I called or wrote Michael, he definitely answered. They installed carpet and laminate with good finishing. I definitely work with them again if I need. I strongly recommend C&D Interiors in terms of price, communication and finishing. I appreciate them.

NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE.I called C & D Interiors to explain that carpet on one tread of my staircase was loose, Micheal arranged for John to come around to resolve the issue. He was very polite, did the job and checked the rest of the staircase without any fuss. I enquired how I could pay and was informed that there was no charge, you could be thinking quite right as the carpet should have been fitted correctly in the first place, well let me tell you I had my carpets fitted 8 years ago. Recently had a carpet fitted from here, good service and good prices, much cheaper than Roomes and a better service, so far very happy with the carpet.

Have used these guys on a number of occasions in the past as have the rest of my family. Carpets and laminate flooring in the past. Now in the process of ordering a few blinds, but understand from others I won't be disappointed here either.Nothing is a problem when it comes to customer service.High quality workmanship.Really good range of products.

What kind of business say they will come round to give and quote and then not turn up? What made it worse was there was no phone call either and when I entered the shop I was virtually shouted at for not wearing a mask. Rude, unfriendly and aggressive in my humble opinion and a business well worth avoiding. Because of their ineptitude, they lost out on a £495 job.
