They were really helpful on the phone, helping me figure out what needed to be done and fitting us in within 24hrs. Explained the window of time Dan would be with us and he then called me to let me know how long.Arrived and promptly helped us locate the wasp nest and treat it.Advised us on steps and if we needed them they would come back out after 48hrs should we need them.

Dan came out the same day I called for a wasps nest in the attic. He was really professional, polite and explained everything to me. He even phoned to let me know he was on his way. I will use Mission for any pest control issues in the future. I would highly recommend the company to anybody.

After we discovered we had squirrels in our thatched roof, we called Mission. Dan came to inspect and set some traps. He was very professional, talked us through the whole process along with providing us photos of the damage caused to some wiring. Very happy with the overall service, thanks guys.

Exemplary experience from start to finish. I called a few companies but Mission were the only one that was willing to come out on the same day and at no extra charge. Dan turned up within a few hours of me making the call. Dan was professional, friendly and very informative. Our issue was solved very quickly.
