What a pleasure to work with such a professional company. The staff (Dan Yon) were friendly, prompt, efficient. Handled the scheduling of our Asbestos assessment direct with the estate agent. I was particularly impressed with the speed we received the report as they have their own testing lab. The decision to choose Salvum to inspect our premises and prepare the asbestos report was primarily due to the promise to attend quickly and to draft the report in short order. I'm selling my flat and the buyer's solicitors asked for evidence that my flat didn't have asbestos. My claims that it didn't weren't sufficient so I did a bit of research online of companies and I rang up Salvum to ask further questions as they looked to complete the necessary protocols, scientific tests, survey and report and I also wanted it done quickly.I was impressed by their professionalism and personable response to my enquiries, the speed that they organised and completed the survey, (despite the fact that it required rearranging another appointment as my guy got the wrong keys and their good humour and grace in dealing with that,) and the high standard of their report.I was also thankful that they dealt so promptly, and brought satisfactory clarification to my buyer's solicitors follow up query, about their report. Charles Grosvenor Loft Conversions have been using Salvum for our asbestos surveys for over 6 months now as part of our extensive Health and Safety operation in building our loft conversions. A client had an existing asbestos report from them which we liked, and after sending a couple of jobs to Salvum to do, quickly gave them all our work.Millie Clark was the key to this, as she was just outstanding in managing our account from the off, working with us and dealing with the clients in booking the surveys in. Fire Risk Assessment was booked in quickly and easily, the person who attended to complete the survey was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable.The completed survey was well presented, easy to understand, and provided in a timely manner.Communication was excellent, and the survey was great value compared to some other quotes I received.I have no hesitations in recommending them, and will be using them for future work.

I have nothing for praises for the team at Salvum.They completed an asbestos survey for a 3 bed house and they got a report completed and back to me within 2 working days.The report was done to a high standard and was very easy to follow.I personally interacted with Dan the operations director and he was brilliant throughout and very quick at responding and answering all of my questions.!!Highly Recommend!!

Salvum recently carried out a fire door inspection in a block in which I own two properties. When I tried to contact them on their chat to get some indication of the type of tradesman that might be qualified to address the failed doors, the best I could get from 'Dan' was ..they should be deemed competent to carry out the work."Really??"

I asked Salvum for a demolition asbestos survey and was very happy with the service provided. The surveyor (Chris) arrived on time and set to work checking the house for potential asbestos, taking samples for testing as required. He was clearly knowledgeable and very thorough. Two days later I received a comprehensive report showing the results of the tests and making recommendations on how to deal with any asbestos found. Friendly professional service...Highly recommended.
