I highly recommend P J W services and would 100% recommend them to anyone else. Phil is fantastic. He responded quickly to my call and arrived the next morning to fix my washing machine. It turned out to be abit of a complicated problem, which left us scratching our heads to figure out the issue but Phil stayed regardless and continued to work on the machine until the problem was resolved. He ended up staying for around 4 hours to ensure my washing machine was working properly and didn’t charge extra. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable! Phil is a lovely man, who was friendly and welcoming the entire time and highly experienced in his field! He clearly knew his stuff and was happy to talk me through it all every step of the way so I also understood. My dogs also really liked him and Phil was happy to spend time fussing them.A fantastic company with a lovely, friendly and reliable owner, who is very experienced and all at a great cost.I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to others.Thanks again!

I cannot recommend phil enough. Our integrated dishwasher died and unfortunately was beyond repair as expected , we ordered a new one and Phil fitted it at nearly half the rates of the big companies like currys etc and took away the old one for us . Lovely genuine guy and knows his stuff. We will def use again when our next appliance plays up !

Gave this company a call after being let down by a different one. Amazing service! Said he would give me a call back once he's finished his current job, which he stuck by. He gave me a call said he could come sort it now. He popped round and sorted the washing machine for almost 3/4 the price the other company was gonna charge me. Thank you so much!!

Brilliant service, great price. Came within an hour of my call. Ordered my part and came to fit it when he said he would. Called me to update me when he was running a little late. I’d definitely recommend him. (Turns out he also fixed my mums washer years ago too!)

Superb service, genuinely nice person, knowledgable and very well experienced.Had a fault on my 5 yr old AEG washing machine where it kept tripping the RCD on my fuse box. Called PJW, explained the symtoms and he diagnosed a suspected heating element failure, Came out the next day replaced the part and hey presto! Back in business!PJW was excellent, did not add on any extras, charged exactly what was right for the part and the job to replace, extremely good value.Called me beforehand to advise on his way, was on time, courteous, cant fault him and would recommend to anyone that needs his services.Thank you

I called Phil having run out of ideas and Google tips trying to fix my washing machine. He was on a job but said he'd call back which he did within 20 minutes.He asked lots of questions and talked me through some easy steps to try and fix it. We were sorted within 10 minutes.A really lovely chap on the phone and refused to take any payment. He is what I would call a proper bloke. Highly recommended.
