Not very experienced and the owner is very forgetful they are very slow take ages to book your car in fir a simple check very moody dont make you feel comfortable going there and charged me more than going direct to mercedes in beconsfield or aylesbury and didnt even sort the problem out wrongly diagnosed the problem had to pay twice to get a simple job done wont be going again total wast of my time.

3rd year of taking my 1997 SLK to Chris, Melissa and the team. Friendly, honest, professional, conscientious, thorough, dilligent, trustworthy and affordable.I don't know much about cars, but I'm always being dissuaded from having superfluous or unneccessary work done to the car, usually of course to IMS's own financial detriment! I won't now go anywhere else with a classic/neo-classic Mercedes!

This family business is fantastic. Such friendly and professional service from Melissa and Chris. Brakes replaced at a very reasonable cost and informed when work didn't need to be done. Very honest indeed. This company is certainly a hidden gem and glad I found them. Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you so much.
