Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We ordered two bathrooms and had a choice from a beautiful selection of suites in the showroom and then booked in for the fitting. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Highly recommeneded.

Over the last few years we have had a bathroom, shower room and en-suite fitted by Bikini Bathrooms. The fact that we have come back time and again should say it all. The latest project, our en-suite, was fitted by Mick. He is an excellent fitter who is extremely dedicated and professional and I can highly recommend him to you. If you are looking for a family run firm who will look after you, have high standards and develop your ideas, then this is the company for you!

I was very pleased with Bikini Bathrooms and my kitchen installation.They came out and measured up my existing kitchen. I then went into the showroom to have a look at the options available that would fit into the space.I agreed on cupboard styles, locations and handles, worktop type and thickness, sink type, and appliances which included my wish for the kitchen of a boiling tap.I received the design to approve which included pictures of what it would look like.The kitchen was booked in and Covid hit. Bikini were very good with keeping me up to date with what they were doing and as soon as they were allowed it was booked back in. So, from a customer service point I cannot fault them.John the fitter was excellent in installing the kitchen, he had a few curve balls thrown at him with the walls not being quite straight and the floor being uneven, but he overcame it all with a smile and a joke. He is very OCD with making sure everything is in symmetry with top cupboard matching with bottom cupboards and the gap between the top cupboards and the extractor fan is the same on either side. This has given me a great look across the kitchen. He turned up on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day, so we were able to use the kitchen once some of the worktops and appliances were in. It is the little details that John finished with that has topped off the installation, silicone on the plinths to stop any moisture getting into the panels and silver edging and caulk in some gaps on the tops of the tiles which we can paint has given me a very clean and professional finish.I had some questions on the appliances as they were very new to the market and Bikini have been very good in going back to the manufacturer and getting me answers.Bikini also made a follow up visit to my house following completion just to check that they are happy with the fitter’s installation and I am happy with the finished product.All in all a great job from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone contemplating a new kitchen.

Just had the en-suite furniture supplied for our new room. It’s great. Good quality and Arrived quickly. Advice offered as first time we have bought a bathroom. Really helpful. Brilliant service all round. Will be in shortly to order new bathroom too. Highly recommended. Friendly staff too!

Very bad experience , on behalf of my mother.. upon ordering a full bathroom from them the manager Bredon got upset and threw his pen across the table because I didn't like any of his flooring so decided not to order! They turned up a day late to start the install with no warning or apology, the fitter didn't spot the water booster pump wasn't suitable for the new shower even after I asked him to check it, he used two pieces of tile trim because he ran out on one section (these were different colours) his finish was very poor around two recess's, they often turned up late or not at all, no phone calls, I was asked to find some lights myself after being told the ones I wanted were available, tiles were not cleaned of grout which I'm now left to try and clean the porous tiles, I had the manager out to inspect the subcontractors work who agreed it was poor and not acceptable yet wouldn't get his company to repair or make good because it's the subcontractors at fault, this is a nice system as you can't take them to court for poor workmanship because they use subcontractors of which you get no choice of plus the said contractor (Wayne) has now been dismissed. I've been called a silly woman by the owner because I'd had enough after 3 months and decided to let some steam off, I've lost holidays that I had to take to wait for the fitters to start work but they never arrived. Very stressful experience, they don't seem to care after they took over £6000, I'll be using Wicks again in the future as their service was far better and they actually care about customer service right to the end.

Great customer service, really helpful. Had an issue with a popup plug and item was replaced without question. Highly recommended.

When we needed to upgrade our ensuite I contacted Bikini bathrooms as both my father and uncle had used their services previously and the work was excellent.Not only did they travel down to Bristol to design and quote for us they even assisted and advised my wife in choosing the correct suite and shower enclosure with the brochures they had with them.The completed ensuite was outstanding and the customer service from start to finish was simply 5 star.It was handled impeccably and the whole experience was stress free.I highly recommend these guys if you need a new bathroom.
