Yoga With Jools

I have been going to Jools classes for over 2 years now and they are such a delight. I love the way she explains options and we get the benefit of her broad knowledge on yoga as well as a few laughs along the way. I go twice a week and wouldn't miss it. I suffer with lower back pain and yoga helps keep it at bay. Thanks Jools, you deserve every one of these five starts.
