I've used Claytons now for around 10 years and the service, quality and professionalism remains fantastic. Very friendly staff and always welcoming. The staff will always communicate any issues found and gain approval before carrying the work out. I highly recommend and over the years a number of family members have also switched to using Claytons because of the high quality work, problem solving, reliability and value for money. Great team at Claytons, would totally recommend them. I've used them a number of times and always found them very professional and really helpful. I used to use an Audi dealer, but pricing and service do not compare to that at Claytons. Great prices, great feedback on work and easy to book with.

Claytons are a great business to use. They have always made us feel involved in any work been done and provided me with a Courtesy car. Prices are good and work is done quickly and to a top standard. They fixed a leak for me and serviced and mot the car at the same time. We take all our cars to them and have never been disappointed.

Had an MOT which was done quickly. Was called during MOT to advise side mirror indicator lamp was cracked and thats a fail.. Advised of options, temporary fix with tape (no mention of price) or replace bulb part which when I asked how much was £140. So opted for temporary fix. Partner picked up car. Receipt shows charged £25 for temporary fix, which wasn't advised on call. The £140 I was quoted for repair was in fact £87 for the repair and the cost of the MOT.The temporary repair is literally a 15cm x 2cm strip of cellotape (told its clear masking) but I've been charged for the 25 minutes it took. It looks like a 1 minute job to cut and apply the tape and some time to maybe move the car, collect tape etc.If I was advised that it would cost £25 but the full repair would cost £60 extra I wouldn have opted for the full repair.Very poorly communicated. Called and got an apology but that's it. Disappointing.

Thank you to Claytons for great work, also the help from the team with my wheelchair accessible vehicle to find a way to negotiate the government VAT guidance where all other local garages and national chains I contacted refused to either work on the car or tried to make me pay the VAT. As a parent carer life is tough, I am very grateful to the team for your help. Happy customer. I would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Clayton's highly enough. The woman in Reception (apologies I should have asked your name) is so welcoming, friendly and helpful plus she also keeps you updated with progress.I love the service at Clayton's because unlike lots of garages you aren't made to feel daft. Expensive - Took my car in for it's MOT which failed. The lady on the phone was very helpful and printed out an estimate repair cost. This came to just shy of £900, which i thought was quite steep. I enquired at another garage and got the job done for there for £500 saving me £400. The parts didn't seem over priced it was the labour which was more expensive than the parts.

Was genuinely impressed by the service I received. Claytons were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get me a suitable appointment to fit my schedule. The receptionist was especially polite and made me feel like a valued customer. Would recommend.

Clayton's always offer a first class service. We have used them for a few years now and will continue to do so. They are professional, offer great and service and will always communicate throughout them attending to your vehicle. A great drop off and collect service too, fitting round a busy work schedule.
