I had a deeply relaxing reflexology appointment this morning at Nilams lovely home studio today. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I am in my final weeks of pregnancy and was looking for a holistic treatment to relax and help with my lack of sleep and this was absolutely perfect. A lovely setting and a very personalised and well thought out treatment - I left on cloud 9. I would highly recommend especially if you are pregnant!!

I was new to reflexology and really wanted to give it a try and a friend recommended Nilam to me - she is absolutely amazing! Makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive, talks you through everything and the treatment was brilliant - a really great experience and came away feeling really relaxed and refreshed! Would recommend to anyone :)

Nilam was so very kind to unexpectedly fit me in for a massage. I have congenital cerebral palsy and my body does not always do what l want it to do. Nilam listened to me describe my condition and once the massage began I was totally at ease and my confidence grew and my relaxation commenced. Nilam thank you for your help and your kind and thoughtful approach. I shall definitely be back! X

I went to Nilam in desperate need of some help! I was stressed and overworked and needed something to relieve me of aches and pains. I initially thought I needed a massage but after speaking to Nilam she advised me that refexology would be the best thing for me and oh my god she was so right! She did refexology on my and I immediately could feel all the tension and aches easing away! I have never felt such relief even after a massage. Nilam truly has healing hands and I would highly recommend anyone in need of some tlc to go to her! Thank you Nilam x

I have been having regular reflexology now for over six months and I cannot recommend Amaya Healing enough. Nilam is kind and caring and guides you through each treatment. I always come away feeling relaxed and refreshed.Nilam is such a talented reflexologist. I absolutely recommend all Amaya Healing treatment options, the facials are also fantastic!

As a therapist myself, I can be picky with treatments and find it hard to switch off, but Nilam is truly amazing. She is so nurturing and really cares about you and your well-being. Not just a standard treatment, she goes the extra mile. She also has the most gorgeous room. I felt so relaxed during my reflexology treatment in a zen sleepy state and I felt so calm that evening. I slept so well that night and felt recharged. I loved at the end of the treatment she talked me through her findings and explained things well. Go to Nilam if you want an amazing treatment!

Nilam is an incredibly gifted Holistic Therapist. I recently saw her for Reflexology and can't recommend her treatments enough.She has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience in her field. Nilam has a way of making you feel completely at ease, her energy is beautiful and her treatments phenomenal. I am still feeling the benefits a week later. x

Facial was very effective, came back with instantly fresher looking skin that felt invigorating.The reflexology is magic! Nilam always manages to find all of the troubles my body is experiencing and gives everything a bit of a helping healing hand!
