AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I'm not disputing the fact that this lady has created some lovely results but when things go wrong, which sometimes they do, rest assured that it will not be corrected or refunded and at over £100 don't make the same costly mistake***In response to reply below***No refund was ever offered (your policy) only a rework which consisted of being interrogated for 20 minutes then having a tonor thrown on and not a repeat service to correct the mistake.Responses to messages were painfully slow and made to feel throughout the exchange that I was being awkward in seeking a refund but as explained, I am not confrontational and felt extreemly anxious at the thought of having to return to the salon. I didn't want to even contact you but due to the extensive cost verses the service received, I had no choice as my hair needs correcting.You saw the photo's of my hair and a client doesn't expect to have to use copious amounts of purple shampoo straight after a hair appointment, so without sounding rude, a tonor isn't going to quite cut it

Harriet is absolutely superb. I feel very lucky to be on her client list. She is super talented and never disappoints. Her salon is beautiful and it’s such a wonderful relaxing experience when you visit. It always feels special to go there and then you leave feeling amazing with incredible hair. She always knows what to do and she has always been spot on. Thank you Harriet for taking such care and attention with my hair, you are one very talented young lady.
