Always polite and friendly, they leave my house tidier and cleaner than it's ever been and it's a joy to step in once they have been. I don't know what I would do without them!

The girls at shine above the rest are fantastic, friendly and professional. They do an exceptionally great job on a weekly basis in my home and also on my rental property at the end of tenancy. The house is gleaming everytime. I would highly recommend.

Had the girls in for a deep clean on my house. Wow what a brilliant job they did!! They managed to fit me in when it was more suitable for me, they were so friendly and professional. Total eye for detail, seeing mess and dirt where i didn’t and cleaning things i wouldnt even think to clean but needed it. I came across their profile as I was looking for a deep clean service for my house I had just moved in. I requested a quote for a deep clean and told them all I needed done in the house doors, windows, bathroom and shower room, two cupboards. I had done all the kitchen myself so they only needed to mop the floor in the kitchen and three of the five bedrooms had bare wood floors so they didn't need to do anything there either.They replied back to say they had a last minute cancellation so they could fit me in. They made the quote and I was happy with that, obviously expecting them to do the deep clean I had instructed them to do.They spent only about 15 or 20 minutes upstairs which already seemed unrealistic as they had to deep clean a whole bathroom, 4 big windows, four doors, radiators and doors.I could hear the hoover and spray. Not sure what they have done but certainly not the deep clean I asked. They left after just over an hour and said they would charge me half of the price they initially quoted because 'there wasn't much to do'. So I asked if they had done anyway doors, windows etc and she said yes.Sadly almost nothing had been done. The trick of using the spray to just wipe some surfaces did not work unfortunately.. I had to clean bath, windows and doors and cupboards myself after they left.I really feel this was an unpleasant rip off really. If they only wanted to fill in a gap and get some extra money they shouldn't have taken this job. I could have found some other cleaners more honest and more willing to simply do the job I was paying for.I feel like I should get a refund for the extremely bad experience really.They also left their step at the house and I kindly send them an email afterwards to let them know it was here but they never even replied.If this is the way they work and treat new potential customers.. Well it's all said.

Chantelle and her team provide an excellent and professional service. Having had them in last year to do a spring clean whilst on holiday I was so impressed I asked them to provide regular fortnightly cleans for me. Its always spotless and fresh smelling when I walk in after they have been, and I have complete trust in them to be in the house whilst I am at work.
