My son and his friend who purchased his own ticket at 3pm were not told that these are only valid 12pm - 4pm, until they were no longer allowed to go on the rides along with other kids there, who also did not know the bands expire at 4pm. I saw other people complain and also complained to the arrogant guy at the ticket cabin who did not apologise or offer additional time to go on other rides. Ruined the experience for the kids. The chap in the ticket cabin showed me small print on the flyer the times the bands are valid till, after l conplained stating the lady who sold the tickets had advised us re time window, which l nor my sons friend do not recall as you can barely hear anything with the noise there. You buy a wristband at a theme park it is valid all day not just for 4 hours, very misleading.

Today I've been with my husband and child and the first one is when we paid for the trampoline, after that one guy from the staff was coming to ask only us did we are pay for that and we said yes but he didn't believe us which was not nice because it is not our fault for that noone was give us a receive... And he didn't was nice with us .. for our happyness the woman we paid came and explain him is it true that ... For the next staff with which we have a experience i no have timw to explain that they didn't was nice again even one smile it will be enough...bad experience and i will remember that Harry Jones to not coming anymore with my family and i will talked with our friends to know that!

The flyer was misleading; not all rides were £2 per person, per ride. The 'Jump and Smile' cost £3 per person. Then there's the inflatable bouncy castle and the 'Hook a Duck' stalls (which I understand aren't rides) which cost £3 and £4 each which I feel is expensive. The staff member running the 'Twister' ride was quite rude too. I will avoid this fun fair in future.

We worked with Harry for a free charity family festival in July 2022. All communication and correspondence was timely and professional. Costs were extremely reasonable to enable us to make the festival a free to enter event and for families to enjoy the fair rides without breaking the bank! We appreciated Harry's willingness to do this for us. He even made a donation to the charity itself after the event which went over and above what we would have expected and was greatly appreciated. Thank you Harry for working with us.

Good rides, best to go with friends or family as it's really fun

It is still happening right now.I had nice day and fun with my family today at Wednesfield fun fair organised by Harry Jones Company. We really enjoyed every bit of the rides and pleasures in the fair. It is still on going and continues on Sunday till evening.The organisers were friendly, welcoming and nice ranging from the security to the persons manning each ride and stalls.My kids were not wanting to leave because of the great fuactivities and atmosphere.I can testify that there were lots of fun activities going on there and we desired to go over again and again.One or two hours there can take away lots of stress from you. It is an amazing event of relaxation and fun.Recommended.

Been to fair at blakenhall today with kids. What a complete waste of time. Over priced to go on rides. Bad manners from staff working there like zombies. Go else where

Everything was going so well until I bumped into this miserable sod who was in charge of the ride . So I was about to go on the space but then I changed my mind and I asked to give me my money back and he said “well don’t come back again then “ so rude and horrible it ruined my day and I am very sorry to all of the nice and kind staff that I have to put this review
