I had a very positive experience from start to finish, including sales, help with speccing the product and aftercare. And the doors and windows are great, too. I would highly recommend Bereco, and really like their FSC / sustainability policy too.

AVOID AVOID. Incredibly expensive, ugly, appalling design, absent customer service - we have spent 26k - and 3 out of 3 doors do not shut or lock… the company will not come to site to rectify situation, despite apparently being under warrantee/guarantee

I was sold a vision of high quality unique manufacturing techniques etc etc. Dont be fooled - quality of windows is very average and the company very unhelpful. At the time I bought from them I had to source a separate company to install - what a disaster!

Really poor response to an issue with one frame that developed wood rot damage. Very difficult to get a reasonable response from Bereco. Subsequently had to pay for a new frame to be built and installed by a local specialist. The specialist assessed a manufacturing issue with quality of the wood or preparation. Warranty not worth the words in my opinion. Added 10/5: the reply below suggests they will get in touch - I’ve not heard a thing! Sums it up really - extremely poor service and questionable quality!!

£30k+ worth of windows and doors, lots of issues. Be aware there was a crack in a window caused in the manufacturing (nail strike on the window) and apparently it's in their T&C's that they won't repair it. Really disappointed. AVOID

appalling company - AVOID. windows and doors are ugly - they look like cheap 1980s conservatory doors. they squeak. they have awful wide central mullions. The company's service is terrible - they refuse to deal with any issues on site. I cannot urge you strongly enough not to use this dreadful supplier. a local carpenter will do a far classier job for less money.

Sorry but as a supplier this company is excellent! Can't say anything about the install as this was done by others but be carful of storage of items befor figment as they like any soft wood are humility sensitive.
