Edgbaston Nursery School

Edgbaston nursery school, is a fantastic nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone that has young children from the age of 0-5 years.I have 3 children who have all attended this nursery. The staff members are amazing and the care is excellent. Hats off to all the management team. Thank you for all your help a d support.

We visited many nurseries but this one and only this one gave us that awesone positive vibe...we love this nursery. Excellent staff. My loving daughter Shanzey (hardly 4yo) just wishes that she could bake her teachers Cake everyday. she is in love with her Kind Teachers... Not a good experience overall.Some rude staff - most friendly and welcoming.Unclear on details of what child had drunk in day i.e. frequent miscalculation 5oz + 2 oz actually became 3oz!.Dismissed requests to give pain relief for when child was teething only to find child had not drank milk during day.Poor knowledge of general milestones.New staff arrive with out introduction. Monthly e-newsletter - not monthly!Building - front door tight when trying to get a car seat through. Otherwise clean.Parking - a problem as very small.Could have been so much better.Would advise nursery to actually seek feed back from parents on how things could be improved.

Our friend had visited many nursery in this area and chose this one at the end, and then recommend to us. The staff in baby room are nice and take good care of all the babies. My baby is happy while staying here and had learned a lot.

Sent both our kids here and never had any problems or issues, really friend teams and both kids have been really happy. Graduation ceremony and Easter Bonnet parades are both ace too.

I have gone through so many Nurseries. I visited maybe 10 and joined 2 for maximum 2 weeks but none was as good as this nursery. They care about the child they let them play outside often. They have HALAL meals. And most important that they work as a family.

My son has attended Edgbaston nursery school from baby room right through to pre school,I cant rate this nursery highly enough. I now have my second son joining after Xmas as I am going back to work after maternity leave,and I'm so happy to leave him as my first son loves it, The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to do as much as possible to make my son feel special. I receive text messages on how my son is doing and what activities they are doing during the day and I love it, it stops me from calling all the time to see how he is, Although sometime I do its so nice to hear he is ok and the staff are happy to explain how he is and put him on the phone to talk to me if I need to ...happy mommy :-)

Would not recommend this nursery to anyone ! Miserable un helpful manager , quick turn over of staff , inconsistent bills , over priced and charge over the odds for any late payments , my daughter was always un happy attending , never felt she belonged there - treated like a stranger sometimes ! My friends daughter also attended last year and she said never rated nursery either !
