My mum phoned Alton mobility Services on the morning as her mobility scooter would not turn on. She spoke to Tony who was polite, listened to her issues and was able to come out that afternoon. He explained call out charge which was very reasonable from Bilston to Lichfield, and hourly rate, again a competitive rate.Tony arrived and quickly identified the fault, explained what was required and repaired it. Service was professional friendly and competent.we would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely brilliant service. Came out to home, took the scooter battery, sorted it out and delivered back the same day. Cannot recommend highly enough, so happy there are still such knowledgeable, helpful and courteous folks like Tony out there. Many, many thanks.

Tony is a lifesaver.Got a flat on my scooter for the second time, and he came out on the same day to fix it for me and get me back up and running - same ad he did for my first flat a few months back.Fair pricing and a lovely fella. I won't bother looking elsewhere for any further repairs as I feel like my scooter is in safe hands. I'm also being quoted for some soild tyres to be fitted so will review when those are done, I am confident that will also be a 5 star review.I can't fault the service, pricing or speed at which I have been helped. I took my mobility scooter to Tony at Alton mobility services & Tony was extremely helpful & friendly.I took my battery box to him at his unit we called him to let him know we were parked on the car park. Tony promptly came out introduced himself & got on with the job. He replaced a fuse & put new batteries in for a very reasonable price. My scooter is working perfectly now. The batteries are guaranteed for a year. I would highly recommend Tony & his services.

Bought a Quingo Classic scooter from Tony after he was recommended to us.We found him to be super reliable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even came the following morning to replace the batteries with new ones.He tried to mend my previous scooter and even took photo's for me to see why it was dead!Tony is and will be the only 'scooter man' i will go to from now on.

Front wheel of power wheelchair wasn't working but Tony set to work and was friendly, professional & helpful. Problem sorted within the hour & competitive rates so will definitely use Alton Mobility Services again, highly recommended.

Alton Mobility Services just repaired my Pride Libre mobility scooter, took less than a day to pick up repair and get it back to me. Had a rewire and new batteries. Cost was less than I thought it would be after getting quotes from other repair places went with one I had known and used many years ago. Would highly recommend great service and friendly too deal with and best of all did not try and sell me another scooter saying my scooter was not worth the repair 5 * all the way
