Such a wonderful service form this local friendly establishment. All the staff are very welcoming. Will definitely use this jewellers again. Highly recommend

I cannot disagree more. I had a battery fitted to a watch 3 months ago. It has gone flat, so I took it with another watch to replace both batteries. I did not complain, but did point out that the battery was only three months old, so they knew what I had paid for it (£10). They charged me £15 each, a full 50% price hike. I have checked with another jeweller, and the best batteries cost less than £2 each. I am disgusted with their behaviour. Check their prices before you get ripped offtoo.

So Leatherhead High Street is dying! No wonder, these independant shops just don't know how to treat customers. I went to this shop to sell something and was told to come back with some photo ID. Fair enough, but at least tell me that the transaction cannot be done when 'Sir' will be at lunch. I went back with said ID and was told to come back in an hour as he was entitled to lunch. Again fair enough , but close the shop for an hour if you cannot conduct business during that time or tell customers what time is 'convenient' for you to see them. Bet if I was buying a £1000 ring, he would have made an appearance, or maybe not!! And I got £28 more from a postal company and better service, no wonder we are all using the internet.

Excellent service and good value for money, the battery change in Tissot took a couple of minutes only and everything has been set up.I can highly recommend that place. :)

*AVOID* *AVOID* *AVOID*Took my Longines watch in to get a new battery. Was told to come back in 10 mins. All done - £25 !!!Queried the price, was told it was a 'swiss' battery- Ripped off rotten ! I know they are trying to make money but you shouldn't rip off your good customers. They didn't even give it a little polish or clean either. I am disgusted. Will tell all my friends not to use.

Amazing place very friendly. I took my watch to be looked at as the date wouldn’t always turn, they took a look within a minute determined the issue quoted to be fixed which I ended up paying less than what was quoted. But was prepared to pay more as I purchased this off of eBay. Not only was the issue resolved, the watch had been cleaned and 95% of the scratches are no longer visible. Overall I’m absolutely chuffed, I was recommended this place by a relative and can see why! Will definitely recommend to anyone as these guys are very knowledgeable and reputable. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I went to this jewellers after my chain snapped.. they were fantastic, the staff has a look at the brake on the chain and said it will take 7-10 days to fix. After 3 days they rang me to collect it :) not only a fast service the price was brilliant to. Will definitely going back to look at engagement rings.Thank you again.James.

These guys are really good, friendly efficient and very good prices compared to some others. They recently repaired my Platinum ring which had to be diamond tooled off when I broke and dislocated my finger. They repaired it seamlessly and polished it also. I was so happy when I got it back I couldn't believe how well they had done it, it was like a brand new ring. I highly recommend Cradlers House..

Vulnerable family member was charged £1200.00 for a second hand Zenith watch repair and service. We understand from other local repair shops £ 300-600 is typical top charge. Unpleasant experience. Originally recommended but has new owners, previous owner has retired. Regardless of lack of full disclosure, the inherited watch was important for sentimental reasons and we had to prioritise having it returned safely. Beware arrogant and aggressive.
