ATS Euromaster Harlow

I visited ATS Harlow for the first time today. The guys were very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them for all my future tyre needs. Really excellent service.

Excellent service, very nice and friendly staff, got my wheel alignment done in very professional way and could see adjusting angles 'live' on screen. Also was given report before and after so could see the difference. Thank you for your professional service. Highly recommended.

Must say I’m quite surprised to read the last review, as my experience of the local team has been nothing shy of first class.I’ve personally found Sophie and Dave to be very customer friendly and keen to offer a great customer experience. Booked my car in to have the aircon re-gassed in Harlow and was told it couldn’t be done as it had a MAJOR leak…So I then took my car to my usual garage who run a diagnostic test on it and found absolutely no faults, re-gassed it and it’s worked fine.Went straight back to ATS and said you’ve just told me my car had a major leak but it has no such thing showing the lady the print out from the diagnostic test. Her reply was “Oh I thought I heard the machine bleep, and there isn’t a charge as we didn’t re-gas”What about the fact that it cost me a lot more then I was anticipating because I was told my car had a fault and had to pay for a diagnostic test because she “thought she heard a bleep”?!

Pleasant friendly staff, very clean for the garage. Waiting /reception room is warm with coffee machine, water dispenser, toys for kids and comfy seats. Also customer's WC on site.Nice place to leave your car in good hands.

Rude staff, little or no compassion, poor customer service skills and just a terrible service.If the Harlow branch is the benchmark for this organisation, my first interaction with them is to avoid at all costs. My company is paying for the tyres and even then I don’t think I would use them.

Got a tire changed after a puncture. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the job was done very quick.Really easy to find and loads of parking available.Will definitely come back.
