I usually don't write reviews but after my recent experience in using David I 100% RECOMMEND his service it is top quality I have not had to leave my doorstep he collected my laptop loaned me another so I wasn't without one (even better quality than mine) diagnosed the issue discussed options with me and offered alternatives and advice on where to purchase as i was happy with the one he had loaned me i asked to buy it he also saved all my data supplied me with a back up data and aftercare help and advice on doing this. He has made three trips to my home to sort this out for me in my opinion gone above and beyond you would not get this service from a retail business he also has other commitments but i was not inconvenienced at all and had my new laptop delivered and set up on a SUNDAY morning before 11.30am where do you get quality service like that today. COST in my opinion more than reasonable was expecting a lot more i am extremely happy and will always use again.

I would heartily recommend David and have used his services on a number of occasions. A real expert, reliable, knowledgable with an impressively fast turnaround. PC or Mac. Excellent pricing and also a lovely guy too.

HIGHLY recommend David the High Peak Desktop Doctor. David was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, and he quickly diagnosed what was needed to upgrade my laptop. I felt very comfortable and safe leaving the laptop for repair, and the service was fast, which was reassuring as I use the laptop for work. Very happy, and would definitely use again.

David is an absolute genius! Managed to repair our laptop after it got soaked when a drink was knocked all over it. He kindly picked it up straight away as it was hot and smelled of burning. Kept us fully updated on progress and returned it to us - could not believe he managed to get it back up and running - really thought I had lost all of my files/photos/music on there! There's just a small issue with one of the USB ports/headphone/light as this had totally short circuited, but he is looking for the part and will replace this if he finds it. Really great price for amazing service, would highly recommend.

What can I say. Unbelievable service and follow up. Dave built me a fantastic desktop that more than suits my needs for photo processing. He matched all my requirements and has made sure everything was set up and running. His speedy response to any issues is the kind of after sales support that’s hard to beat.On top of that Dave’s a really nice guy to do business with and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Jon gave our gaming PC a much-needed, thorough cleaning and upgraded our old, noisy HDD to a new, quiet, and fast SSD. He gave us updates along the way and made sure we were happy with the selected products. Great communication and service! Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend David highly enough. Asked him to look at a laptop when we had had the brush-off from HP; laptop was beyond repair but David had a look and explained what had happened...all at no charge! I then pointed to my own work laptop which was gradually getting slower and slower. David took it away, replaced the hard drive (which was dying) and cloned all the data over to the new one. Laptop came back today and is scarily fast. Brilliant, and highly recommended :-)

David repaired my Dell XPS8930 when it experienced a no power, no boot fault.He quickly identified the issue and brought the machine back to life.He was thorough in investigating the problem and was able to source replacement parts very cheaply and quickly.He provided excellent after-care service and ensured that I was completely happy with the repair—even holding off on sending the invoice until I was satisfied after having home to test for a week.Best of all, his rate was excellent!Would 100% recommend.
