We have a washable wool rug that needs a 9kg+ machine to wash it in. We've roamed most of Surrey trying to find a place a large enough machine with little luck.After some googling we came across this place. The owner answered their phone on a Sunday and was very helpful.When we got to the laundromat it was very clean, had large enough machines, and had change machines for the coins we needed, as well as a reasonably-priced soap dispenser.A perfect experience, thank you!

I took my sister's wedding dress and 2 3-pieces suits to dry clean.They are very professional and helped to clean the dress a few times to make sure it is clean.I mixed-up their staff hours, But they were very helpful to come over to let me get the dress and suits back, to let my sister to have her dress on her wedding on Sunday.Very Helpful and profession!

Indeed v good machines, though I only used one of the 7 large dryer machines for a down sleeping bag, which has 3 temperature levels - mid was ideal if checking regularly, low would be v gentle. Clean well maintained place. £1 per 10 min for drying but worth it for those occasional large special items.

Gets the job done. A few machines out of service. No change machine as of this review makes it difficult on the weekend when there are no staff present, but glad they are open on weekends. Definitely bring pound coins and 0.50.£4 for wash£4/hr dryingThat's my experience anyway.

Peaceful place and friendly help if you need it, although I noticed the Gent running it today was to distracted by his phone to talk to the person asking him questions today and just done it for him. The machines wash your clothes and a cleaning service is offered but clean and friendly.

Used for many years, changed hands 18 months ago, all dry cleaning and washing now taken off site. Had several missing items when dry cleaning returned saying they where not up to standard! Never had that before under the old owners. This led to repeat visits to collect and some items never returned including a rare vintage BMW MPower T shirt. I don’t like giving poor reviews but after 3 months looking for this T shirt it was never found! So I have moved on. I would think a customer who spends min £20 a week, week in week out would be looked after. Moved on now to another dry cleaner.

This place has everything you want from a launderette. Large, well-serviced machines and a change machine. The only drawback is the parking as it's all loading bays outside you have to be really careful where you park which isn't easy when carrying big bags of laundry! The launderette is open long hours though so if you can avoid peak times and go outside of parking restrictions.
