Just purchased my first home and was lucky enough to do this through Firmin, especially after years of trying to buy with other agents, who lied, played games and were greedy. The process was super smooth and they were always available on the other side of the phone or email. James, who I dealt with mainly was always polite and respectful, a true professional in his field. Thanks to him, I am now a homeowner.Would recommend Firmin to anyone who is looking for a serious, honest and respectful EA.

We were never actually intending to move just yet until we suddenly saw a house we liked and decided to view. So we contacted Firmin & Co to discuss our potential sale and booked James to come and visit. We were very happy (and suprised) with what he had to say and how much he thought he could get for our home, so we decided to put it up to test the waters (as after all its a no sale no fee anyway)! Well, here we are sitting in our new home after our sale and onward purchase completed a couple of weeks ago. The process did take a lot longer than expected due to no fault of Firmin, we did lose our first buyer but within days James had another offer in for us. Nothing was too much to ask, especially all the chasing we were all doing by the end and he was just such a friendly and down to earth guy who said it how it is. Karen and the team at Firmin & Co Orton are absolutely brilliant. The whole process of buying our new home took just under 8 weeks which in the current climate is excellent and enabled us to take full advantage of the stamp duty holiday. Karen as an individual is more helpful than you could ever imagine and her attitude towards helping the client is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. James also, even though I didn’t have as much communication with him was very helpful and always there to answer any questions and is a genuine nice guy. A great team and a brilliant branch. I easily recommend these guys!!

We were incredibly disappointed with Firmin services. We had the unfortunate experience of Karen, her lack of professionalism and playing games between the parties resulted in us not proceeding with a purchase.Avoid this agent, there are so many professional agents in Peterborough
