My Finance Club

Well it was an easy application, however it's been 4 hours now and I still haven't recieved the money so I'm a little concerned

Had a couple of payday loans with My Finance and there sister company Ondal but I'd like to add there customer service and loyalty is a joke.I recently applied for a further loan at both companies as had a couple of financial issues but just got a message saying account suspended.I thought this was odd so I emailed both companies for some feedback and all I got was please call them to discuss but I'm working alot so asked them to put information in an email but after numerous messages to them I'm still waiting for a response hence a poor customer service rating.The loyalty issue is as I say I've had a couple of loans with them both and even paid them off early only for them to suspend my account?Have some respect and loyalty for your customers and actually pass the application onto a human being instead of getting a automated service to decline the application and suspend the account and return customers email queries.

Not like other loan companies,Very quick,polite and helpful brilliant service.I asked for a previous £300 loan within a hour I had it fantastic service.Brilliant is my finance club.

An excellent service, the application process was thorough and fast. I did have a problem when I didn't receive my 6 digit pin by SMS to confirm my loan agreement, but a call to the customer support team soon solved this and a new pin number was sent, all in all an excellent service.
