I failed my test on Jan 4, endup with 1 serious and 4 minors, but I accept my fault which the examiner has failed me for. The examiner was so honest, clear and nice with me. I strongly recommend this test centre and the examiners.

The assessment of candidates is not consistent amongst the examiners and with no redress one of these examiner's appears to believe he can set his own standards. The other examiners at this test centre need to address this selective assessment and bring it the attention of their superiors or run the risk of all examiners at this centre being tarred by the same brush

My experience since lock down finished I have felt the DVSA has acted as if I do not exist they have looked after there examiners and test candidates but no thought to instructors, the waiting room is closed have to ask to use toilet last week I standing in the car park of my chosen test centre under an umbrella for 40 mns waiting for candidate to return from test I did not have enough time to go to local supermarket to use toilet as my candidate might have returned early from the test not very good consideration for instructors really needs looking at as now the weather is getting colder and wetter

Just passed today with 7 minors. The examiner (Jack) was really nice throughtout the exam, very understanding, and professional. Give Jack a raise, please. We need more people like him in this world :)

I was really nervous for my test but passed with six minors. My examiner was Kev and only spoke when he gave me an instruction so I quite easily forgotten he was there most of the time and the test felt like it was over in ten minutes

The examiner Kev/Kevin, was so rude.My hand is always sweating on a hot day. 10.08.23 was a hot day and I wanted to use air conditioning in the car during my test, because I was a little bit worried and my hand was too sweaty, but he rudely refused and told that he loves fresh air.Because it was on the beginning of the test, his tone made me so upset. All through the test I was sweating like a horse. Ofcourse I didn't pass my test, I done mistakes. Now I got few advice from driving instructors and all of them told, that it not his choice to open window or use conditioner. Examiner shouldn't care about his comfort and make student nervous, he should be sure that student has enough comfort and doesn't have any distractions, which I had.We can say with confidence that this person asserts himself, due to his position. Gained little power and now humiliates those who need his analysis or maybe he racist... but anyway he not professional!!!
