Recently had the carbon treatment done to my car and it has made a huge difference. Got myself booked in for a service next month.

Booked in at short notice for MOT online, got a call back to confirm booking for the following day. Left with them to MOT during day and collected after work. Got a call confirming it was ready to collect.Good advise relating to advisories as well. Would definitely recommend based on this first visit and will happily use again.

Incompetent or lazy?I took my car to Brooklands to have my aux belt, pulley and tensioner pulley changed.Having purchased the parts myself I was going to do it myself, but I didn't have the correct tools for the job and i wanted it done asap, so having used Brooklands before i tried again as the could fit me in that day.now I had booked in at a specific time and told it would take around 2 hours, and i was given a price.I took my car early agreed price and left, expecting a call in 3 maybe 4 hours but that wasn't to be,i received a call around 5 hours later informing me the car was about to be started on but another part was needed as mine was badly deteriorated(i didn't initially have the tensioner) and they wouldn't/couldn't continue and id need another part.so i called down collected my car, frustrated it had taken all day to reach this point when it could have been sorted hours earlier.the mechanic told me which part was needed, and suggest i get it and bring it back when I had.I got the part needed and contacted them again to make sure i could be fitted in, the car was dropped off before 10 am (i do concede they had issues with electrics, BUT they knew this before inviting me down.again I spoke to Scott (the manager i think) he explained their issues with electric and told me it wouldn't be long before up and running correctly , again off I went awaiting a call...At 3.40 ish i received a call informing me that they were about to start my car and could i collect it at 6,not a problem i agreed, again price agreed on the phone and i waitAt 5 i set off walking to the garage to collect my car,after 30 mins of walking i receive another callerm yeah i know i said 6 but ive got a tool stuck and its caused big issues for me"-i paraphrase but that's the gist
