Poor, very poor indeed.Firstly, they don’t have ANY customer service. Never bothered to ring me at all! I had to be the one to ring several times, and when I FINALLY got through, they didn’t seem interested at all, and the guy on the phone seemed so casually and either drunk, high or both!Car hadn’t even been looked at! Was booked in due to a few issues, and still hadn’t been looked at all day! Just sat there doing NOTHING!Better off going to a much better garage locally like KwikFit, at least you’ll have updates on your vehicle.Just save your time, and go elsewhere, as you’ll likely get someone who actually cares.Also, how they managed to become RAC approved is a big question, likely through the tombola or lucky dip!

This is my go to garage for any car issues. Friendly, professional and genuine. They always give an honest assessment even if it means less work and money for them. Prices are also very competitive and the work performed is always of the highest standard. Have already recommended to my family and friends and would highly recommend to all.

Can't fault these guys when my time of need come I took the car to these and have nothing but good to say, price was reasonable work to a high standard I won't use another garage if you have something that works don't change it stick with those who look after you . Thank again pitlane .

I had a truly disappointing experience with Pitlane MOT & Service Centre. My BMW 5 series had an amber engine light on and a minor oil leak, so I thought it was a good idea to take it to Pitlane for repairs. They conducted diagnostics and provided a lengthy list of parts that supposedly required replacement: Oil level sensor, oxygen sensor, drive belts, and offside ball joint arm. The estimated cost for all this work was a whopping £1281.Before the repairs, the car was running smoothly aside from the mentioned issues. However, after the supposed fixes, things took a drastic turn for the worse. The oil leak was still present, and the handling of the car became a nightmare. Whenever I drove over roundabouts, an unsettling clicking noise resonated through the steering wheel. Starting the car became a frustrating ordeal, and the overall power and performance were significantly lacking, with noticeable hesitation while driving.Adding to my frustrations, the oil level reached a critical point despite no dashboard error indicating such a problem. I returned to Pitlane in hopes of rectifying the new issues they had introduced, but their response was shockingly dismissive. They claimed they lacked the necessary BMW tools to properly address the problems, raising doubts about whether they genuinely replaced the parts they charged me for. Requests to speak with the garage owner were met with refusal, and even when assured of a callback, I've yet to hear from the owner.To top it all off, despite the subpar work they performed and the ensuing problems, Pitlane adamantly refused to refund my hard-earned money. Instead, they recommended I take the car to BMW for proper repairs, essentially admitting their inability to handle major repair jobs. While they might be passable for simpler tasks, I strongly advise against trusting them for anything more significant.In summary, my experience with Pitlane MOT & Service Centre was a complete disaster. Their work worsened my car's condition, their customer service was lacking, and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes was deeply disappointing. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options for their car repairs.

I cannot thank the guy who runs this garage enough . My 3rd visit and always polite , friendly and informative. Priced before work done , explains everything he is doing ( like I understand it ,,, ) . Work completed perfectly and on time … Thank you

These chaps did a great job on my wife’s Mini Cooper. The car was somewhere else at first and the other garage couldn’t sort the problem. The guys @ Pitlane have looked at the issue in detail, sorted it out and car drives like new. Kev who runs the garage is a really knowledgeable guy with a strong can-do-attitude. Their prices are fair also. No doubt I will use them again. So far the best garage I come across in Luton. Thank you

Recently Had a handbrake cable replaced both Sides. The mechanics were very friendly they also kept me informed about the work progress whilst i was waiting and gave my vehicle the once over before releasing it to back to me. Very reasonably priced. Will be using this garage from now on for anything i can.Professional , friendly , reasonably priced and prompt work. Thank you pitlane.

Needed brakes fitting urgently. They seen me the same day and fitted brakes supplied by me for a very reasonable cost. They also discovered the wear sensor needed repairing so they sourced one within minutes and I was on my way. Less 90 minutes to do rear disks and pads whilst sourcing a new sensor. Very happy and will use them for any future repairs.
