Contacted core heating with a request for help on a fix on a front fire of a very old ch system . Andy was the only one to get back to me and whilst not a system he covered he recommended a colleague whom I then spoke to who gave me just the help I needed ( turned out visit wasn’t even needed!) I am beyond grateful for the practical help provided and will certainly approach them when it’s time to replace the old system from the qualities demonstrated of courtesy, reliability, practicality and knowledge . Andy has completed boiler service and repair over the past two years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Core Heating. Last year a few parts had to be replaced and Andy explained clearly what was needed and why. This year it was really easy to arrange the service appointment and all went smoothly.
