the worst dealership who is ruining the name of the BrandsSold the services with the car by sales technique which is paint protectionextended warranty, since then I am chasing them to fix some issues which I mentioned at the time of purchase and they accepted to make an appointment and fix, its been 3 months they are giving me excuse of covid today they booked and charged me £100 for investigation and when I got upset they refuse to accept what they sold, be very careful do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. proof attach of their scam. Manager has no manners what you expect from the staff.

22 reg van went in with adblue they reprogrammed the ECU somehow managed to put a 68mph limit on it that is not available on this model took a quick look when I complained won't do anything and now want I diagnosis fee to fix what they have broken.Don't bother with this garage waste of time manager talked over me not impressed

This is a great dealership, and I wish I still lived near enough to deal with them! This was brought home to me today because I was expecting an important phone call from them, as advised to me by their warranty team.I was informed at 3pm, by the other company who had dealt with my initial query, that Northampton were going to phone me.A very competent person called Jay was on the phone from Northampton Vauxhall within two hours and sorted everything!In these times, I consider that to be outstanding service!Thanks to Jay and everyone else at this branch where I had received excellent service for many years until moving to Wales where they have no branches..sadly.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kyle and Jay. From the start to finish, both were incredibly informative and put my options down on front of me in a way that was easy to understand. No hard sell and a very comfortable customer service interaction. Would highly recommend the showroom and their staff to anyone looking to buy a car. They literally went above and beyond.

Went to run some errands on my lunch break and low tyre pressure popped up on my dashboard.I was a bit far from any petrol station but just across the road from Bristol Street Motors. I went in and asked if they were able to pump my tyres up and it was a none issue. they booked me in straight away took my keys and sorted me out.I know they were super busy as there was back to back customers but they still made time to make sure I could drive off safely took maybe 10 mins in total! Very friendly and good service!

Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Northampton are nothing short of 'rip-off briton' personified ... please, be aware of their attitude to customers', which is once they take your money (in excessof £8K) they then want nothing to do with you unless they want even more money from you ... their customer service is nothing short of 100% unprofessional, zero communication, and from a customer safety perspective they simply do not want to know. Customer service and experience is disgusting and deplorable ... Do Not Buy From This Company

Booked weeks in advance for an MOT, arrived (admittedly a few minutes late) checked in fine to then be told that my 2 hr MOT slot had been given away with no alternatives. So basically bye, don't come back!

I recently visited Bristol Street Motors at Riverside, Northampton for a MOT. The service manager was absolutely amazing as was able to get my vehicle through in a good amount of time due to not being able to book a waiting slot online. She was very approachable, courteous and had shown excellent customer service at all times. In addition, the rest of the staff on the service desk are always helpful and polite and they all go above and beyond. It was a pleasure to receive such fantastic support which made a huge difference to me personally. I would therefore recommend them to family and friends.

My experience of buying a car with Bristol Street Motors Northampton was very good in fact the salesman whose name is Guy talked me through alot of things I have been buying cars from them since 2013 which I purchased a corsa then through the years to Astras more Corsas and in 2023 I bought another corsa. So as you can see a very happy customer all in all well done to them for there service.

Had a very good experience at Bristol Street motors Riverside. We needed to sell our car back for health reasons. Tom and Jay made it very and stress free . They were both really helpful and understanding . Brilliant ,thanks all
