I visited The Car Site as they were recommended to me by a dealership. It took me over an hour to get there and I definitely wasn't disappointed. All the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke to Arthur who was amazing from the very first time I made contact with him. I bought the car I wanted although it was hard to choose as they have so many options. Thank you for your great service.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought the VAN from them and couple of days later when I first drove it. Engine light came on. I then took it to RAC approved Garage at Arthur Carsite advice. RAC garage found 13 faults in it and some of them not repairable with RAC warranty. I contact Carsite and they advised there is nothing they can do and I can legal if I want. So I am going to file legal claim.

Bought a used VW Bora …it lasted 38 days .. the AA inspected it , wrote a report ( which I still have ) .. they said the spark plugs were sooted up ,water was getting in to the fuel pipe ( about £1000 to get done ) … they said that this would have been obvious on the car for a while … I did get in touch with them but they weren’t interested ) …. leave well alone … get your car from a trusted dealer ..
