When my auntie went into a care home I had to decide what to do with her bungalow. This was a new experience for me but Sam patiently talked me through the two options - renting and selling. I took the renting one and, after vetting a number of applicants, he recommended a couple of tenants very quickly who have now moved in. I was kept informed of viewings, applications and reference checks at all times. Thanks Sam, Kate and all the team for being, not only professional, but also friendly and approachable.

First rate service from Sam and the team when he sold my late Mother's house and then my own house a few months later. Always at the end of the phone with updates and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, professional and made everything run as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend Carlton Estates.

Carlton Estates were highly recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint. They sold my Mother in laws house for us and Sam and the team were very friendly, contacting us, as and when they needed to, keeping us informed the whole time. The whole process took just 13 weeks and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We will definitely be back using them again when it’s our turn to move on.

Carlton Estates sold our house recently and I have absolutely no complaints!! They were fantastic, Charlotte, Michaela and Sam were all brilliant, very responsive, always called or emailed back, kept us in the loop at every stage. We had some delays with the sellers solicitor, they worked tirelessly to resolve them as quickly as they could! Honestly couldn’t have asked for more!! Thank you so much all!! Very much appreciated!
