I was buying a new house so invited a sales representative to come to the site office and see the kitchen plans so I could explain exactly what I wanted and ensure I bought the correct units to fit the space available. I took their advice and ordered their suggestion only to find the corner unit is so tiny I can hardly fit anything in it- yet there is loads of space around it so I should have been quoted for a larger unit. I was also told I needed ‘x’ amount of the plinth. That calculation was wrong as well, yet Grant and Stone would not accept it back. No handles arrived either. Very very poor service. When one invites a sales representative to quote for the best solution and they have the actual detailed plans in front of them, I expect better. If they make a mistake then they should rectify it and allow goods to be returned. I will not be using Grant and Stone again

Brought my lovely kitchen from this company, nothing was to much trouble, wold deffinately recommend. Very happy.

Absolutely outstanding design and customer service! We recently completed a major extension and renovation of our home and needed to design and equip three bathrooms. We approached four different bathroom suppliers, and Sam Laitt from Grant & Stone Aylesbury was head and shoulders above the rest. Sam listened to all of our complex and numerous requirements, came up with unique and inventive designs for each of the three bathrooms and then provided us with the most competitive quote.The build took seven months and Sam was always available and super helpful throughout, quickly answering any questions the builder or I had and, when we had to make a last minute design change due to an incorrect dimension on our plan (no fault of Grant and Stone), Sam provided us with a number of different design options within a couple of hours and then modified our order with the new bathroom furniture we needed, while retaining the same level of discount as in our original quote.Overall, we can’t rate Sam and Grant and Stone more highly; Fantastic designs, price and customer service. Fantastic service! Keeley listened to our requirements, helped us understand the various options, planned and ordered our kitchen, and dealt with a couple of last-minute changes very quickly and efficiently. What could have been a massive headache probably ended up being the easiest part of our renovation!
