Had a great mani and pedi this morning with Diana and Evalina. Both therapists were very thorough and checked in with me throughout treatment to make sure I was happy with my nail shape. Has taken me a while to find a salon where I'm happy with the services as I'm particularly fussy, will definitely be returning.Thank you for being so accommodating!

Came to Urban Rose for the first time for an eyebrow tint and threading after being highly recommended by my friend - Raphiella did a brilliant job - so pleased! While I had my eye brows done, my daughter was kept entertained with a mani pedi - she was very happy that they let her choose 10 different colours for her fingers and toes! Highly recommend. Not only did a very rude receptionist make me cry, but a full set of £90 lashes fell off within a week.Due to a knife violence crime that took place on a London bus, I called ahead to the salon to explain my pending tardiness. I arrived to my appointment at 6:30 to which I was informed that my lashes would not be finished “in time” (as the salon closes at 8) properly. The owner even saying they could do “one eye”. Despite still having more than enough time to do them. I explained that these lashes were for my upcoming graduation. Ella, the receptionist, was so rude that I shattered into tears. I was refuse a £90 refund.My appointment was rescheduled. Now here I am, a week later, with maybe 10 lashes combined on my eyes. Unprofessional staff and horrid work. I do not recommend coming here for your lashes should you want quality.

Good lash extensions, good attention to detail. I had an excellent pedicure there, but my last pedicure the beautician was disinterested and it wasn’t as enjoyable an experience. Make sure you find the technician you like

Decided to try this place to have my brows done as I couldn’t be bothered to travel to where I Sisley have them done. The lady did themPerfect but I have been told that she’s left now which I’m very upset about. I did try another person after hearing this news and wasn’t happy with the result at all so I haven’t returned since.

I always leave Urban Rose happy! They have the best manicures and pedicures in Chiswick! They will advise you on colours, nail shape etc and they are always spot on. Everyone is friendly and professional. Hygiene is very important for me and I’ve seen that they maintain very high standards. Thank you Urban Rose!

Conveniently located on the high road, Urban Rose offers a wide range of highly rated treatments. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, and pristine with frequent cleaning following every client.Even more impressive than the stunning interior is the team’s effort in most successfully cultivating an ambience of elegance, luxury and bliss. I was warmly greeted by the friendly members of staff on my visit, and was immediately taken care of by the lovely Katja. The staff had no shortage of effort in making sure I received everything I needed, as well as providing me with an experience of comfort. Drinks are also always offered!The service Katja provided was absolutely exceptional, so attentive to detail with a high level of professionalism. I received a shellac manicure with french tip, and she made sure to listen carefully to my requests. Her cuticle work is fantastic and technique is overall meticulous. She is such a clearly experienced and skilled nail technician.Unfortunately, their colour collection does not have a wide range so I had to change my preference every time I had a particular colour in mind. They may have added more since my visit, but I have not been back it is quite expensive for gel on natural nails.
